I sense that too LTD... I'm thinking Landry gets here he essentially pushes Tavai out. Wise I'm guessing he won't be back unless it's a depth, veteran minimum signing.
He doesn’t fit what Vrabs wants athletically.

Yeah I can understand that.. Vrabel's running a one gap D.. and Williams will in fact be calling the plays.. how would you feel if by the end of next week we have
Milton Williams DT, Chavaious Ward at CB, chase young at DE and traded for Landry at LB...

I picked Graham if we have to pick at 4
No issues. Solid and safe pick
I truthfully want to trade down and take Josh Simmons or Campbell and get extra Capitol
He looks like his recovery is going well and is probably the best OT in the draft

It’s a dream scenario if Ward and Sanders go before we pick. Hunter or Carter since Campbell has T-Rex arms.

I'd go McMillian, but only because i don't think anyone else is particularly better than him. And he fills a need... and i very serious concerns about finding a good WR after round 1 or in free agency... and much higher hopes for finding OL help in FA and later in the draft as well as DL help.

While Graham seems to be the next highest player on the board overall; it isn't exactly unanimous or even close to. The next best 3-7/8 players move around a bit. This is why i am hoping like hell Sanders rises up boards. That teams come around on him and are afraid of waiting on him to fall lower.

The Raiders are after all sitting there at 6... And I don't think there is anyway they pass on Sanders if he falls there... and people know it. So they are hoping to jump in at 5 or 4 at the lowest. With the Giants pretty much locked into tacking Ward... that leaves 1 guy left. And the next guy on the big board is SO FAR below either of them that it really makes you wonder who is going to risk playing chicken.

So with only 2 believed NFL starting level QBs in this draft... it makes me feel confident either one of the top 2 players fall to us... or we will have a trade partner. Anyone who doesn't trade with us has to hope the they can secure a deal with the Jags first. Or that another team already hasn't put a deal in place. I am overall hopeful we will get something good with our pick.

Someone sell me on Graham here. Do you pro Graham guys see him as that safe of a home run pick?

To me Graham, McMillan and Campbell all fill a need. But as prospects I'd rank them

1. Graham
2. McMillan
-
-
3. Campbell.

With that said, it's harder to find a lineman than all those positions, but also for whatever reason the Pats haven't been able to solve WR for years, we haven't had the same issues finding a d lineman.

For me it is Campbell then Graham.

However, if we sign Stanley and Robinson in free agency...then maybe Graham.

True... and in my mind that is the main reason to take the #2 WR in the draft. The guy every other team ranks #2. We aren't trying to find the best guy between 5-7 where hits and misses happen more. We are doing the brain dead thing and taking the prospect everyone believes in. If he fails it will be due to coaching or everyone was wrong on him.

I was higher on Mason Graham when he was expected to be 320 lbs. but looks like he measured much lighter at 296 lbs.

A good friend of mine is a die hard Michigan fan and everytime I bring up Graham he says he's good but he wasn't even Michigan's best defender so he never wanted him at 4. And now with him weighing in light I have other guys I'd prefer.

I think good linemen don't grow on trees and there is a death of them. No good lineman becomes available in free agency till they are 30+ or completely useless as for other position , you are able to get them as cost cutting measure or inability to extend . No linemen has been cut for cap purposes .

So with Campbell measuring 32 7/8 it would be stupidity if we don't draft him. This is a deep DT draft class .

That measurement was unofficial from last year. He officially measured 32 5/8 today. Those 2/8's actually makes a pretty big difference and pretty much guarantees that most teams will view him as a guard. His wingspan measurement was even more troubling at 77 3/8, which is the lowest measured by a tackle in the combine since at least 1999 (the data only goes back to that year on Mockdraftable, which is the best public source for combine data).

Vrabel has said repeatedly, he is building this team through the trenches!!! I believe him.
Graham seems too small to hold up in the run game.
Tet is harry part 3.
Will Johnson had been hurt since October

Will Campbell can be beat to the inside, but that is correctable with coaching.

I think the two LSU tackles are perfect for us!

This ^ it is no longer an arm length issue. That wingspan is a disaster.

If Carter and Hunter are gone the only obvious choice to me is Graham. If not trade down.

After his measured at the combine you may see his stock drop. He was seen as a 320lb DT that moved like a much lighter one; turns out he is actually just much lighter. On top of that, apparently he just doesn't have the muscle mass that you would expect from a 290lb DT, he looks "soft" and "unimposing" .

I'm sure there will be questions about will he have the work effort to change his body, and is he just an underweight DT that will have problems again NFL guards.
