Grigson gone.

I thought all along that ditching Grigson and keeping Pagano was the right answer, but I never thought Irsay would get there.

Pagano had his players buying in, but any HC who's locked in a feud with a wildly incompetent GM who's the owner's best friend is screwed. Now he has a chance to develop the team with the personnel dept. as his partner rather than his tormentor, while maintaining continuity on the scheme side. Crap.

I don't care if it helps the Colts. F*ck Grigson. It's always good when bad things happen to bad people.
Why is Grigson a bad person? I'm legitimately asking

Whatever.
We all engage in hyperbole out here to make a point from time to time.

But, to answer the implied question, no, I don't like Luck and, yes, I do think that Luck is overrated and, no, I don't think he will live up to what were probably elevated expectations.
Also, I didn't ever like Grigson and I detest Irsay, so it won't bother me if they have to look for another QB after "sucking for Luck."

You're free to disagree but don't have to bother.

There's no implied question there. As far as character goes I've just never seen anything out of Luck I didn't like. I'm on board with the prematurely crowned/overrated stuff.

Irsays 5:30, another banner, and showing off his new guitar.....
