Some people don't view Smith as the best WR on the market. I also don't see it as people are happy he signed with the Ravens; rather, they don't see it as a big loss he didn't sign with the Patriots.

The only wide receiver out there who is a lead pipe guarantee to learn the system is Edelman. Unfortunately, Belichick can't seem to realize this and
try to negotiate a deal. I don't think he will do so even after all other options
