Brady's number one priority is absolutely winning without question.
But why would anyone assume that Brady does not want things like "the all time TD's thrown record", or the "all time passing yardage record"
I would suggest to you "better believe it Brady wants those records". He wants it all.
We have been hearing for nearly two decades how insanely competitive he is. Well it would not make sense if that did not also apply to wanting good stats. Winning is top priority, but he wants those records, big time.
@Kdo5 Big time.
I tend to agree with this. Brady has put 20 years of his life into the NFL. It’s naive to think he really doesn’t care one iota about a major stat record like most career TDs. Sure, it may be way down the list and doesn’t even enter the same conversation as winning games, but I think all of these guys care about these records. And there’s no way Brady wasn’t gunning for the TD record in 2007. There’s nothing wrong with that, as he didn’t put his own accomplishments over the team’s, but come on...he wanted that record.
