Yes, but that doesn't mean there will be an indictment or that he will end up being found guilty despite a lack of evidence.If they make an arrest, then that means they have something that they believe is prosecutable.
We will just have to disagree here, because this is an opinion that we don't share, and there is really no way to prove either side of the argument.As I said, in many cases that are prosecuted in real life (unlike on CSI) there rarely is very conclusive proof.
