We are the #32 offenseNah, I am all for continuity.
AVP has been good for Maye. I'd like to see AVP/Maye operate with a decent OL and at least one game breaker at WR....

Points scored ranking in KC as OC 1,5,6,4,1. Since he left 15,11Bienemy is really not good and will set Maye back. He is not it.He has no clue, was jag at Chiefs, failed in DC, now fired for how bad the offense was. Without Patrick, he has no clothes
Huh? I’m talking about hiring him for next year. This year is lostIf the Pats are going to fire and replace any coach, it will happen in the offseason. Stupid to do it now. You cannot teach a new offensive system on the fly in the back third of the season.
I see now. Anything that was done right was because of Belichick and anything that was done wrong had nothing to do with Belichick. Some day people will realize that it isn't about the coaches, it's about the players.Kind of like why anyone with the name Belichick is the reason the defense was better last year...Mayo and Convington had almost nothing to do with it.
That's another lie. The Pats are not #32 this year and are scoring 3.2 points per game more than they did last year.We are the #32 offense
Nope....I'm not a Bill disciple, he did plenty wrong and I do blame the talent all on Bill. The talent between last years D and this years is similar but if you think the coaching and how they are playing this year is on par with last year I don't know what to tell you. The lack of adjustments and blown assignments this year is significant and I blame a lot of that on coaching.I see now. Anything that was done right was because of Belichick and anything that was done wrong had nothing to do with Belichick. Some day people will realize that it isn't about the coaches, it's about the players.
The lack of players is why the team sucked under Belichick and that's why it looks almost the same now as it did last year.
If I'm placing blame for the lack of talent, Mayo and Covington had absolutely nothing to do with that.
The Patriots are literally ranked 32 in total offense. That's another lie. The Pats are not #32 this year and are scoring 3.2 points per game more than they did last year.
It's as clear as the nose on Jimmy Durante's face that this year's team is almost identical to last year's team, only better on offense and worse on defense.
What the Pats need (and have needed for years) is someone who can recognize talent.
It's hard to compare Bienemy to anyone at all.Compared to AVP?
Blah, blah, blah the offense was better when he was the OC than it was before or after. It's hard to compare Bienemy to anyone at all.
All of his success came from the Chiefs. But this is what happened on the Chiefs.
-He had arguably the greatest offensive HC ever making the gameplans.
-He was not calling the plays.
-He had the best QB in the NFL at the time and every single Chief's fan will tell you they credit Kafka and not Bienemy with his development.
-He had one of if not the premier WR's in the league at the time.
-He had a HOF level TE who is the best since Gronk.
Then the team won a Super Bowl without him.
He couldn't get a job as a HC because he couldn't convey what he contributed well and how it would translate. So to prove himself he went to Washington as an OC without Reid where he would have more control. There:
-He lasted a single season
-The team went 4-13
-the offense had 19.3 ppg. To give you a comparison the current Patriots offense which we all think is starved of skill player talent is at 17.
-The offense declined in both ppg and ypg from the year before under his OC tenure.
Then when he wasn't retained, he went to UCLA as an OC again and the team went 5-7 which again was a decline from the prior year and he got let go again.
Bienemy isn't going to come to New England with Andy Reid's brain and play calling, he isn't bringing Mahomes, he is going to run the furthest offense away from one with prime Kelce and Hill. The offensive line here is worse than any he ever coached.
There's really not much of anything to say Bienemy would be comparable to AVP in the same situation. He's been terrible in every situation except one where he had the least to do and was pretty much failproof. And even when he had that, nobody wanted him
This is why it's not worth engaging with you. You provide very selective context that literally every team in the league that considered him saw through and then pull your "blah blah blah" when you don't like everything else that came with it.Blah, blah, blah the offense was better when he was the OC than it was before or after.
Do you really want to compare his resume to Alex freaking Van Pelt?
You want to diminish Bieniemys responsibility for success to favorably compare a guy who never had success to him? Yeah good luck with that.

Literally nobody in the league wants the guy and he can't keep a job even as an OC at college.
Why even respond if you literally can't even engage with a single point I made and just deflect and gaslight?
Because you don’t deal in facts you deal in “everyone knows” and garbage like that, hence blah, blah ,blah. This is why it's not worth engaging with you. Don’t you understand? To make the fraud who has never been successful look good you must argue that the successful guy doesn’t deserve credit. But AVP has no record of success, at least EB has some record of success. AVP was available late last year because no-one wanted him. Maybe we want someone other the EB, but if you think EB sucks, what do you think of AVP? Andy has a point.
I literally gave you his team records, how his offenses performed from prior years, and who was drawing up and calling plays.Because you don’t deal in facts you deal in “everyone knows” and garbage like that, hence blah, blah ,blah.
You shouldn’t engage with me, how that isn’t clear to you yet is very surprising.
The chiefs offense when he was OC ranked
1,5,6,4,1 in points and 1,6,1,3,1 in total offense
The 3 years before he became OC they were
9,13,6 and 27,20,5
Since he left they are 15,11 and 9,15
So for the 5 years he was the OC they were basically the best offense in football and before him and after him they are borderline top 10.
But he had nothing to do with the success. Wonderful analytical argument you have there.
AVP did not make the offensive game plans. Reid did. AVP did not call the plays. Reid did. With a defensive HC, Bienemy will be the one relied on to do that. But AVP has no record of success, at least EB has some record of success. AVP was available late last year because no-one wanted him. What's his track record when he does that? Not good.
On top of that. Bienemy's only record of success involved having the best QB, WR, and TE in football. 3 things he will not have with the Patriots and three things he has absolutely flopped without.
Also the Chiefs won a Super Bowl the year after he left.
Andy can't even describe what Bienemy actually contributed. He's just lashing out because he wants a quick fix. I don't like AVP. But Bienemy has clearly shown that outside of Reid's system that he is not far off from AVP.
In 5 years Bieniemy was OC the Chiefs went to 3 SBs and won 2.Also the Chiefs won a Super Bowl the year after he left.
