I think Grimes was clearly going to set the ceiling of the CB class, and that Talib is looking at something at around 1--1.5 less per year. He surely isn't going to receive 16 million guaranteed, is he?

Reiss' article today about "buyer beware" about Talib was spot on, and even though I'm hoping like hell that he stays here, I think they have a good idea about how high they are willing to go. We'd all much rather keep him of course, but there's a price with everything.
