I’m not understanding this. Miami is expecting his legal issues to be resolved first. There are 22 accusers in a civil case plus a criminal case and the trade deadline is next week. How is all that going to be resolved by then or does it not need to be?

All this while also making a total bs claim that he’s “protecting” WFT employees who wanted to be anonymous. The NFL is essentially the WWE with the commissioner’s staged “concerns” and plot lines centered only around ratings and profits.

So in other words, Watson's not playing this year. How do you resolve his legal issues and end an open grand jury investigation in less than a week? Never mind getting Goodell to agree to a short or no suspension when he is about to go and testify to Congress about sexual harassment investigation with the WFT.

Even if Watson settles with all 22 plantiffs in six days, there is no guarantee the prosecutor is going to drop his investigation. All I know is these 22 women right now have a lot of leverage to get a lot of money from Watson right now.
