There may be something going after all. My dad is in his 70s and in this region some men of that generation are NY Giants fans. He is one of them.
He will also say that, "The Jets are like your mother's side of the family. You want to think of them as human beings but when you talk to them for a few minutes, you realize it's a impossibility.".
For some reason, I really like your dad.
Not surprised.Cannon and Sheard ruled out for Miami game.
Not a surprise there. BB has always been ultra cautious bringing guys back from injury in the regular season. It has generally worked outCannon and Sheard ruled out for Miami game.
Not surprised.
I know the perfect season talk is picking up and frankly I couldn't care less. I'd gladly take 10-6 and 100% health.
Yea....the bye is key. So is home field for that matter.Agree but 10-6 doesn't get you a bye

I'm totally on board with that.So why can't we hope for 16-0 and full health?
I don't expect him to play.
I'm inclined to agree with you, although I continue to hold out hope.
If he does not play, what will the timeline be for his rest/recovery? It's got to be about 3+ weeks when you factor in the fact that the next game isn't until Nov.8th. That may be the recipe for allowing him to heal properly.
I'm totally on board with that.
If given the choice of 16-0 and limping or 10-6 9-7 and completely healthy....i'll take health.
That's an oxymoron.... if you were completely healthy, you wouldn't be 10-6 or 9-7...
