The thing is that I don't even know if Chuck Pagano is that bad of a head coach. Ryan Grigson has basically given him a very good QB and mostly the rest of the roster being a bunch of JAGs.

Ive said the same thing. I think hes middle of the road.

Grigson is quite possibly the worst GM in the league. If he stopped slipping Vicodin in Irsay's rum runners he might get fired.
