Seriously, how the **** does this guy still have a job in Boston as a journalist?!?!?! It's unreal the depths he goes to to try and take the contrarian/devils advocate/troll position on everything relating to the local teams. I mean really, what an *******. Does he get off on this ****? Is he paid to write like a dipshit???? Or is he just a douche of epic proportions? I'm betting the latter, but formulate your own opinion...mine is right here.

But the bigger issue is Shank's total lack of understanding of what is going on. The court cases were basically about labor law. Yes, a generalization on my part, but that's the nuts and bolts of it. It has NOTHING, ZERO, ZIP, ZILCH to do with innocence/guilt of Brady or the Patriots. Its LABOR f'n LAW. But just in case, the entire ordeal can be explained by the IGL (I'm a physicist so I know a bit about this stuff...). The general level of stupidity involved in this circus has been....disgusting. Its ****ing science people (referring to NFL front office and other haters/deniers)...it CAN'T be argued.

As for the entire situation, **** IT ALL. Corrupt railroad job from the beginning. I can only hope that the 2nd Circuit grants en banc....but at this point its pretty much a hail mary.
