Charlie Casserly on WEEI: Manning was more accurate than Brady this Weekend

When will a media outlet ask Casserley to finally remove his awful toupee

C'mon, now!! It looks great!!

He's trolling BB.

Manning passer rating 74.4. Brady 103.5.

It is so clear the the MFL and it's subordinates are trolling Pats fans. This morning on The Fan, Boomer was clamoring all over Peyton's ability to run the offense and read defenses. He said (paraphrasing) "Peyton doesn't have the greatest arm any more, but he can run the offense and read defenses better than any QB, ever. There are a few others in the league, Drew Brees is one" . That's it. No mention of Brady, although this was just after they talked about the Denver and Patriots matchup. I wanted to reach into the radio and slap him.

Interesting observation since Gronks 2nd TD was clearly a case of Brady seeing the D, calling an audible & hitting Gronk for an easy TD. Isn't that reading the D? BTW F' Peyton & his crappy pizza guy too.

I didn't hear the interview and I don't want to spend the time to read the transcript, so I'm assuming this wasn't asked of him, but if it were me he was bloviating to about how right he has been, my next question to him would be about why he is t employed as a GM anywhere. I'm guessing thst would stop him pretty quick.

I've never seen Tom Brady throw a punt. Peyton Manning does it at least once per offensive series. Cheer up Charlie.

The only thing the thread title is missing is the little drum set emoticon...

Hey now I'm big fan of Moe lest not insult him comparing senile Charlie to him.

Well you have to admit, it does take a certain kind of genius to audible to a run when you can't throw the ball more than five yards. The media ball washed him up and down when he came in for BO and audibled to runs against a Chargers team that realized they were 30 minutes away from going to Hawaii. Seriously, when my ten year old son, (backup QB) had to go in for a series in their youth Super Bowl he was able to receive the snap and get the ball to the RB's for a scoring drive. While I was nervous do to his lack of practice, he did fine and got a pat on the back, but it doesn't make him a Heisman winner.
Casserly is the type of guy that tries to convince everyone that Barbara Walters is beautiful and Sofia Vergara has a big mouth.

I totally agree with that. I am just throwing out to counter the argument before someone says it. We know several of the drops by Brady's receivers was the case of Edelman shaking off the rust.
Did you see where that fool Peter King put "Julian Edelman." in his "Things I didn't like about the divisional games," column? Because of the drops. No mention of all the clutch catches and his 100 yard game returning from a broken foot after 8 weeks. Boomer is a joke too because he always goes on local radio and says how great the Pats are, then goes on the other team's local radio and says how great that team is. It's pretty clear that sports "journalism" is all about creating controversies and then talking about them 24/7 until the next game. Sick of it.

o. Julian Edelman: three drops in the first 20 minutes of Pats-Chiefs. He did have a productive day, but it was bumpy.

I don't think any Patriots fan liked those 3 drops, either.

I don't think any Patriots fans like THIS either....

I don't know, man. Dinner bibs = lobster, and I like lobster. Two goofy looking chumps across from me wouldn't change that.

uh...really...I hate to break this to you but...those two boobs aren't at the Skyline for lobster... the Skyline doesn't serve lobster...they specialize in CHILI...you know, gaseous, fart inducing beans and chopped meat in greasy sauce...I'm sure it all makes perfect sense now...
