Challenge the Bills

Dolphins feel like a teetering franchise. If they lose a string of games this year, I could see Mcdaniel’s seat getting hot.
The smell is gone from the rose.

The Phin's definitely have 1 foot on a banana peel. I wonder if Ross would offer BB a job?

The sand in the hour glass is running out for the Bills.

They would not even have been in the 2024 AFCC if Harbaugh kept running Henry instead of giving Jackson the ball so he could be the hero. Nevertheless, other AFC teams are improving. Houston is a team to not take lightly. Denver was a 10 game winner. LAC is just getting better. Hopefully the Pats can turn heads as well.
Absolutely correct. Baltimore went away from what got them there that game. I mentioned in a post that the AFC West had 3 post season teams last season had this ever been seen before in the NFL I can't recall?

Hiding Jackson in the playoffs and preventing him from turning it over has been an enigma Harbaugh has yet to solve.

The irony of this conversation is people telling me how great Lamar is, then having to bend over backwards creating excuses the last six season after he nose dives in the playoffs.

He is the Ravens problem, they were more dangerous with a median/good passer like Flacco. They always ran the ball well, they can’t pass against superior playoff defenses.

It's not a good idea to underestimate any of the AFCE teams, the games could all be dogfights but I'd love to see us go 4-2. We need to pressure the QB.

To your point typically they are.. even when we onwed the AFCE Miami always gave us issues... same for the Jets and Bills... division opponents are always the tougher opponents. One of the most competitive division on football the AFC West had 3 teams make the post season Last year.

He didn't drop that ball. The tight end did...

That would be amazing. Mostly because in 2026 if I had to choose Vrabes or Bill to run a team it wouldn’t be close.

Add to that…Imagine Hudson in Miami going full influencer mode.

2023 - Ravens, Browns, Steelers
2020 - Steelers, Ravens, Browns
2014 - Steelers, Bengals, Ravens
2013 - Broncos, Chiefs, Chargers
2007 - Colts, Jaguars, Titans

Rubbing elbows with the rich and famous.

Good real estate market too.

You can copy and paste Ravens , Steelers pretty much each season.

Fair enough.

You are just a 23rd ranked 4 win team until you change it.

South Beach would never be the same!

The Bills home schedule this year is about as brutal as you could possibly have.

The Patriots home schedule is about as easy as you could hope for.

We need Foxboro to be a place again opponents feared to play us at... I feel this is so much more possible under Vrabel.

I was thinking about some things last night, and I realized that there will be a lot of changes in Foxborough this season. Change can be hard, and I hope Vrabel understands this. Football players have feelings too, and I hope Vrabel doesn’t hurt their feelings. That would be bad. And most of all I hope Vrabel doesn’t take down Mayo’s motivational signs, especially the one above the locker room door leading to the tunnel to the field, as it’s the last message they see before taking the field. The one that says “ WIN OR LOSE-EVERYONE GETS ICE CREAM!” -Vince Lombardi

I’ll bet those guys would have died for Jerod.

Aside from the overhaul of the roster there could be some dramatic changes in their approach to games on the field. I.e….they are going to use something known as a game plan . It’s actually something Bill Belichick used to do, where they would take away the other team’s strengths and force them to try and beat them with their weaknesses. Shocking, I know, but I’m pretty sure that Vrabel actually employs this same “ strategy” a concept that was a lost art for the 2024 Patriots. This is going to shock those who played for Mayo, as they haven’t encountered ideas like this since high school and college, and probably forgot that they even existed during the 2024 “ I can’t help them once they are inside those lines” season, but unfortunately the “ just lace them up and give them heck” approach Mayo employed just didn’t work, and try as I may I can’t imagine why, but I expect that Vrabel and Co. will try new age concepts like locking down the opponents best receiver, or limiting opponents drive opportunities by eating up the clock with a power run game. And while that may seem unfair to some, it could just work, and maybe add a couple of wins to their season.
Well the Jags gameplan will probably go down in NFL history.. it was a masterpiece to let the RB run 15 straight times.
