Maybe offer the Steelers a conditional 7th for Anthony Brown, as long as the Steelers are willing to eat most of the salary.
A 7th round will never land you AB. You should settle for Bell or JUJU instead.

They could be hitting on yet another, as WR James Washington from Oklahoma State definitely looks like he’s the real deal. In this context, I’d be happy to give up TWO seventh rounders for him.

Trading our day 2 draft picks to the Steelers for their day 3 WR draft picks seems like a better route than just drafting the receivers on our own....

I don’t want Dez Bryant around here with all that hype

This team hands down has one of the worst receiving corps in the NFL.

I don't understand why I am reading Hollister's name being called like the second coming from Hernandez.

I agree that some people are going a bit overboard with their optimism about Hollister's contributions (and going overboard calling Dorsett a complete bust), it seems entirely possible that Hollister could be the 3rd or 4th most targeted pass-catcher - say, 5 tgts/game - especially for the first four games without Edelman.

The Pats using Hollister in much the same way as they did Hernandez and Hollister finishing the season with something approaching 40/60 tgts for 400 yds and 3-5 TDs doesn't seem at all unreasonable.

This feels to me like it could end up being one of those seasons in which Brady's targets are spread relatively evenly among several players at WR, RB and TE, instead of the vast majority being taken by just 2-4 players.

Do not see Dez Bryant as an alternative.. there are good reasons why he is not on any club right now.

Steelers can hit on as many wrs as they want, they are still our Biatches.

You can decide. Both buffalo games. Chargers game, Carolina, or PO TN He was injured early in the SB so that shouldn't count

Brandin Cooks

Cooks was 5 of 8 for 26 yards v. the Chargers. He was 5 of 8 for 85 yards v. TBY 4 weeks earlier. Same catch rate. I have to think he was being used differently - different routes at different target depths - since YAC wasn't a major part of his game.

In the two Buffalo games, Cooks was barely targeted, compared to the rest of his games. Either the Bills focused on shutting him down, or the Pats offense had a different attack plan for the Bills defense - as in, the majority of their offensive plays were runs in both games (35 to 30 in the first meeting; 38 to 28 in the second).

Put it to you this way the Texans arent losing sleep over Lucien Hogan and or Dorsett.
We have dropped the ball on this which so has Dorsett this preseason.

This could very easily become true if a few things don't go our way. Should have kept Dola over keeping Allen at 5 mill.

Hm? I didn't think he was hurt but could be wrong. He's a lot of work to take care of and he has a low football IQ and struggling to get separation. If anyone has read the Cowboys stories, I don't know how they could possibly say Dez can learn this offense and fit in with this culture.
