I suspect that 12 positions are truly up for grabs.

Yep, but the Patriots just paid Doubs his money and are about to absorb AJ Brown's massive contract.
Well we know eagles will be responsible for a good amount is why the whole premise is "june" 1st. I want Boutte to remain but I'm starting to feel he's likely involved in the AJ trade.

If he's healthy and can pass a physical, I'd rather they sign Christian Wilkins instead.

He's younger, may have a touch of bipolar... but it's something they can work with.
Wilkins didn't play last season? I've learned that an organization and the coaches that coach them up & have the day-to-day dealings with player's have a lot to do with a players mentality and will to!

Hollins has numerous positives and a few negatives.
at the end of the day, he produced in this offense.

Hollins caught 71% of his 65 targets
28 of those went for 1st downs
2 of those went for TD's
Agreed. Hollins last productive season was 2022. He followed up 2025 with another productive season in his role. The common denominator is Josh! He actually had more of an impact in 2025 as he made huge plays for the offense and is a beast in the running game. I like Hollins and he's also a physical specimen. At 32-33 he still has a few more years left.

He went to the Raiders on a massive contract, then had a dispute with them over whether he should have offseason foot surgery or not. There were also reports of troubling locker room behavior. But if he passes a physical he's more than just a 10-12 snap fatty, he could give them a game changer next to Barmore in the middle.

Yes. I remember that LV released him after the claim from a player in the locker room, ect. But yes I remember the ESPN report on the foot. He had phenomenal season in Miami prior to securing that deal! Good for him. If he's available absolutely Vrabel and Cowden should be on the phone with his agent like yesterday!

I happen to believe Hollins, still in peak physical shape, on a 1 year deal is a good thing.

Yes. He grew on me. He's also a team leader and last I checked was the only one who could make a play on offense in the superbowl. I say 2 year extension with 1 garuanteed, bonuses and gaurenteed $$.
