I respectfully disagree. The way I see it, he has the skill sets, and is enough of a playmaker that opposing teams have to locate him on the field and pay attention to him every single play. You don't need a 1K yard season to be a top wide receiver. You get to be one by the way other teams respect you.

What NFL player do teams NOT pay attention to? If you play man, everyone is assigned a receiver, if you play zone, you cover who comes into your zone. Certain players such as Megatron may dictate coverage, but no one is doing anything out of the ordinary because Percy Harvin is on the field.
