Sanchez
Brady
Clemmens
Ainge
McElroy
Fitz
Henne

Even though Sanchez can only complete around 50% of his passes, right now thats true until Brady gets back to winning play off football.

Brady is the NFL MVP and he is certainly the best in the division by a long, long way.

Fitzpatrick looked pretty decent last year but this is the year for him to prove himself so I'd still have Sanchez at no.2 but he could lose that spot this year.

If Chad Pennington has his health back and stays in Miami he is my no.4 but health concerns mean he is only no.4. Henne is next then Hoyer.

TheGangGreen is talking about this thread and have now began to make the generalization that all Patriots fans think Hoyer and Mallett > Sanchez. I don't think they realize how many people disagree with the OP here.

One day Mallett will be >Sanchez, you mad Jets fans?

WTF do you keep putting in this bullshît drug clause into a Mallett contract TheSolderKing? Everything I've read suggests it's a total load of **** and unsubstantiated rumor.

Grow the **** up.

1. Brady
2., 3. Fitzpatrick, Sanchez, order doesn't really matter.

Hoyer and Mallet don't even belong in the conversation with any of those guys at this point in their careers. Plus Pennington and Henne have both started in the NFL, and besides, let's not put two guys whose next meaningful pro snaps will be their first ahead of anyone just yet.

Hoyer has yet to take a meaningful snap in the NFL, and Mallet hasn't even signed a contract with the Pats. Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.

Does it matter what they realize?

Brady
Fitzy
Sanchez
Hoyer
Henne
Mallett

I would like to think Hoyer is a capable starter ...

but we have nothing to base this on as he did not even look good in the pre season ... just saying.

If Brady were out, for any reason whatsoever...

... I'd borrow Sanchez from the Jets, tell Volmer not to block the opposing defensive end and let him have it.

Then I would put in Fitz-Patrick to finish off the game before letting Hoyer, Mallett or Henne in the game.

Wait I made a mistake

Mallett > Henne

Mallet can make all the throws ... but can he manage a NFL offense?

This thread is salt in the would more than anything.

Yes, because the trolls will come over here.

========================================

Now that the draft has passed, I would think that trolls and whoever else would be welcome, this board will very soon slow to a crawl, with the lock out and all.

We need new blood. If nothing else just for the distraction.

I'm all for new blood, Gun, and that includes Jets posters. I'm just tired of lousy trolls. If someone wants to troll, he should at least do a good job of it.

But, given your position, let's toss out some bait, to make you happy.

Ok, someone moved the Jets Suck thread out of the main forum. That's just not right.

Fitzpatrick might be the 2nd best QB in afc east. He was very solid imo and the Bills obviously feel confident in him for this year. Sanchez is surrounded by talent in every position and he still struggles.

Yeah, I agree. Fitzpatrick is the better QB between him and Sanchez. If they were playing for opposite teams, the gap in ability would be more obvious.
