It's easy, and only takes a few moments. What's weird about Blount is that he's advertised as a power back because of his size, but he's always been much more of a finesse back. He was particularly deficient on the goal line in Tampa. But we saw his vision and elusiveness on display in the first preseason game. Against a second and third string defense, but still.
Good to see he is playing well but he is still a bubble player, not one who is challenging for the starting RB position. Vereen and Ridley are their RB's and Blount is battling Bolden for the back-up position.

It's only 1 game, but at this point he makes the team no doubt. One thing I noticed about his 2010 clips is how well he cuts at the LOS, he's a lot more nimble than most big backs.
As the year progresses I could see him getting as many touches as Ridley. And if Ridley fumbles at all, he'll move down the depth chart given the caliber of Blount.
That's my concern. While its not a big need, because Ridley was pretty efficient down on the GL, I would really like to find a BIG bruising pile pusher who will get the real tough yards and always fall FORWARD. That doesn't describe Blount, at least not based on his history with TB.What's weird about Blount is that he's advertised as a power back because of his size, but he's always been much more of a finesse back. What we did get was a talented RB who is a legitimate big play giuy, and suitable option to carry the load if Ridley goes down. But what I fear is we got a 250 lb finesse RB, who will delight fans with highlight reel runs, and frustrate them by not being able to pick up key short yardage situations.
BTW- Is Jeff Demps participating in TB's TC, or is he running on the pro track and field circuit

You serious, brah? Those guys are all better Blount? For Pete's sake, Ingram has a total of 1,076 yards in his first 2 seasons vs. 1,788 for Blount. Looks to me like all you did was grab starting RB's across the league and didn't even think about how silly most of those names are.Oh come on. That is not even remotely true.

There may be 2 or 3 guys on that list where you have a point but the rest are no more talented than Blount (if Blount had his head on right).
