2025 Draft: RBs

5'8 - 200lbs.. and QUICK.. Kinda reminds me of MJD in size..
Did MJD fumble a lot?

I'm being harsh. He had 4 fumbles last year including in three consecutive games but only 1 before that.

MJD had 23 fumbles over his 9 year career including 6 in 2011 when he was named 1st Team All-Pro. That year he had 1606 yards on 343 carries (4.68 ypc).

Sorry to be a bore guys but I haven't posted about Lequint Allen for all of a week. Just two things:

1. 4% drop rate over two years on 104 targets.
2. 78 targets in 2024. The next closest is 59.
3. Check out the cut at 0:29 in the video., Breaks the linebackers ankle.

That was 3 lol but I'll add a 4th.

The blocking grade 79.7 #1 PFF

He’s a beast. I really don’t get why he doesn’t get more buzz.

The yards and TDs can be explained by Ohio State as opposed to NC. I still prefer Hampton's tape who I think is closer to Jeanty than Judkins but Judkins is the clear no 3 for me. It took me a while, and I didn't see the wow factor of Jeanty and Hampton, but Judkins really impressed me as a super solid franchise back. The other two are just a level beyond that.

Love this running back class.

Sign me up. You can get him day 3.
There are issues. 9 fumbles in two years is a big one and he's scheme limited to shotgun only throughout his college career. Finally, he's not much of a pass blocker.

However, there's no denying just how explosive he is.

The trouble with not performing at the combine or Senior/shrine bowls is that you get lost in the process. I’ve barely heard anything about Michigan RB Kalel Mullings during the pre-draft process.

local kid from Roxbury. I remember him being interviewed after the melee at Ohio State. Seems like a good kid. Played LB early on. Would definitely have a special teams role.

All I see is Maye running for his life
Quick slants to Hunter and Hampton dominating inside would put the defense on their heels a bit though.

You might find this interesting for evaluating RBs. This chart shows usage by down and pass blocking grades.

Want to know who is the best pass blocking RB in this draft? You'll find it here. I'll give you a clue. you'll find him near the bottom of the chart. He has a first name that rhymes with 'squint' and shares a surname with a Buffalo QB.
