Eh I mean you can scheme it but that usually ends up backfiring on you. I agree though those 2 guys are just making all the difference in the world (Not tryna put words in ur mouth)
If you don’t have talent it’s even worse to be aggressive because they still don’t get there and you have less guys in coverage.
Yes you can dupe a team with a well conceived blitz once in a while but I mean consistently.
Understanding that preseason isn’t game planned and that things are worked on, like how most preseasons we have a game where we work on blitz packages and get pressure but get burned when we don’t get there isn’t yapping it’s teaching you something.
Travis and Richards are abysmal and watching them play defense on this team makes me sad. I makes me wonder how bad David Jones must have been to not even make it to camp this season.
