I would not mind at all bringing him back. Our LB depth is pretty thin with Bentley gone for the year. I know he's not a 1:1 replacement, but some flexibility would be useful.

He was so proud being Pat . but something was not right w his game this preseason (incl. ST) and Matty letting him go suggests he is still struggling..

Good point. That's part of the eval. Injuries change things, however. As the last guy in the rotation, we could do worse. Shadow roster for now, as you mentioned.

I might be forgetting some notable examples, but I don't think this team has ever really cared about reclaiming draft busts on the OL. Just WR and DL...
