I know right? I am a hard core pats fan and even I find this type of crap stupid. Dont get me wrong here , we are going to pound you.

BUT the yahoos on this board go to far. The jags players did not say a single comment that was out of line in that article.

Apparently every team is supposed to tell us how they have no shot to win or else they are disrespecting the pats!!!!!!!

Maroney is made of glass!!!!!!!

What exactly did MJD say that was bad? Isn't somebody allowed to have a sense of humor without Pats fans getting their panties in a wad?

Ut ohh......Bulletin Board material........Tom Brady dates super models and every kid wants to be like him!!!!

You guys are unbelievable.

You don't want to date a super model? Oh, Oh, Mens room wall material NJC!:singing: Your right though. We are UNF**KINBEELEEVABILL( in my best Dice Clay) BABY:rocker:

"We're just blessed to have another opportunity, to be on the same field as the New England Patriots," running back Maurice Jones-Drew said in a slow, drawn-out, tongue-in-cheek fashion. "Tom Brady is my idol. He's from the Bay Area, dates supermodels. He's everything a kid wants to be."

This part made me laugh. I don't really see anything wrong with these comments, other than this one, which was obviously just a harmless joke. Except for Spier, none of them bother me at all.

I can't wait until the Pats mop the field with these clowns on saturday. What the hell have the Jaguars EVER WON to talk like this? Good lord. Posers.

I thought it was funny. these guys are loose and they really have nothing to lose, since they are expected to.

I don't think they have the talent, but i would want my team to be this relaxed, to be honest, if i had the underdog.

Don't see any quotes from Garrard. He wasn't exactly in the zone against Pitt.

"This team is VERY proud and emotional - - although, unlike other teams, they channel it into their play instead of dances."

Sorry - almost spit out my coffee when I read that.

Did you watch the Giants game?

Are you talking about their last win when they scored 3 TDs in crunch time to gain the victory?

Maroney is made of glass!!!!!!!

Thanks for the shout out shmessy. Honestly I have moved on. In a sense the glass issue is dead to me.

I hope we draft Stewart in the second round out of Oregon this year.

When did Jax get their fans back anyways after losing Mark Brunnel?!??! .....We should thank them for '96 when Brunnel gave us a home AFC championship game with that Denver 'we play Jax in the playoffs? Let's go to the strip club and celebrate!' Broncos upset special!

I mean Jax fans?!? Can anyone from New England actually think about 'transplanting' to Jax (else come from generations of southern orange sharecroppers) & rooting for a Jax team?? too funny..what history there..

My god, can't these players just learn for god's sake.

Frankly, I put the onus on the coach. BB keeps our guys in line. You never hear one of them say something stupid re: the other team. They know exactly what to say b/c I'm sure BB or someone on the staff has informed them of what to say.

Del Rio is a moron, so it's no surprise he can't keep his players from offering up bulletin material.

No it won't cause embarassment and please run straight towards Spicer. He's the most real person in the NFL, and could care less about national perception. For God's sake the guy has his own radio show, is a team captain, and plays for the best small market team out there. All this from a guy from a crappy Indianapolis Ghetto who played at Saginaw Valley State University for 1 year after transferring from Junior College.

We love it. If our team supposed to be blown out by this Super Team, who cares about the comments. It's not like he's making those comments against a team favored by 1-2 points. We love the Bravado here. Win or lose Saturday this season was great and we love these guys for playing their hearts out.

I would call the Colts the best small market team out there, but that's just me. It's great that you support your team, it really is, it's what you should do. But make no mistake, if Spicer gives up even a couple of big plays or makes 1 bonehead mistake, it will be on an endless loop of highlights. Analyst after analyst is going to point out his comments and how the Pats made a fool of him.

Nice story about Spicer, we have a defensive captain who came back from a stroke where he almost died. Color me unimpressed.

Players and Coaches aren't on their computers somewhere reading the BB. Only losers like us who have to reach out at work to talk football on the net, read this nonsense. However, from time to time a story can be broken of leaked on a BB, but don't look for Tom Brady to be sittin under the sheets with Jizz-elle with a lap top. He's too busy getting his eyebrows waxed in NYC.

What's your point? I'm just saying Belichick keeps his players from running their mouths off the field and other coaches fail to do the same. Do you disagree?

Really, well we have a QB who had a quater of his intestines removed after being diagnosed with Crohn's disease, a potentialy fatal, uncurable disease-only to recover two years later and outcompete a fat 1st round draft pick from his collegiate rival school for the starting position. Oh he also set a couple records like most pass attempts W/O a interception and beating Pitt twice at home in the same season. Color me however you feel, just keep it within the lines.

Kudos to him. I'm not going to get in a stupid pissing match with you. There have been 15 Jag trolls not understanding what the big deal is about Spicer running his mouth. None of you understand. I guess you'll learn the hard way just like him.

Paul Spicer playoff record - 1-1

Tom Brady playoff record - 12-2

Exactly, playoff time / your team is a big underdog & any coach or veteran (like a Rodney Harrison seems to come to mind!) will tell ya to keep all comments away from ANY remote bulletin board material! But Spicer showing his playoff 'rookieness'.
I like Harrison's method (developed with some of the long-term core veterans) of a rookie should NEVER give an interview!

Saying the patriots are beatable makes them stupid. No one ever thought the jags would win it all this year. They have nothing to lose in this game. If they lose ok fine no one thought they would win anwyay , if they win they pull a huge upset.

The homers on this board are unreal. Why didnt you highlight any part of the article where the jags say they respected us.It makes out fan base as a whole look stupid when you act like a team is out of line for saying we are beatable. Way to ****y around here. Your a little scared thats why you guys scour articles and make something out of nothing. I suspect the jags should have said we are unbeatable and that they had no chance

I think hell just froze over...I agree with you, except for the scared part.

What the hell are they supposed to say? We're gonna go up there and get our @ss kicked?

This place gets worse by the day.

Rodney's interview was funny. He was talking about how tall all the Jags no name receivers are and they were worried about coping with that. That's how you give an interview.
