I'm going to start by saying I'm not the draft junkie that half of you guys are but the conversations and information has been excellent. I have what I feel is a good idea of how the draft is stacked and where guys I want are going to be drafted....at least for the first couple rounds. One of the things that bugs me is people expecting to get a day 1 starter at pick #31 just because it's a first rounder. Or that they have to have a starter level impact in 2026.

Depending on the draft there are only 10-20 guys like that and they go at the top. By the time we are picking you are getting someone missing something, either production, character, age, traits, or upside. Obviously you need a balance of all of those but I personally rate traits and upside as higher then production when I'm drafting. I'm absolutely fine with any rookie getting in some occasional reps and situationally getting in the game. A first round OT that comes in for jumbo formations or to give old man Moses some rest in a blow out is a perfectly valid use of resources, IF in 2027 they grow into a plus level starter.

The situation the players are drafted into is so much more important then where they are in college. Scheme, coaching, and patience for growth at the end of the day I believe are the key decieding factors on if a player is going to be succesful. Oh and buy in, are they going to continue to give everything they have to improving once they made it and got the bag. There is a universe where Tom Brady was drafted by Cleveland or Arizona and we have never heard of him. I wonder how many other could have been amazing guys we never got to see. Anyway all that to lead into my dream draft I would be doing back flips over if we got it

#31 Max Iheanachor OT
#63 Dani Dennis-Sutton Edge
#95 Oscar Delp TE
#125 Kyle Louis LB
#131 Sam Roush TE
#171 Emmanuel Pregnon G
#191 Cole Wisniewski S
#198 Kaden Wetjen WR
#202 Ephesians Prysock CB
#212 Adam Randall RB
#247 Trey Moore Edge

Yup. We're basically picking from the early-middle prospects graded as 2nd rounders. Especially this year where there are so few first round grades. Still, in the words of Shawshank, "Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies".
