You're not correct, Andy. You're a buffoon relying on worthless rankings that don't show the REAL value of a player. Such as his run blocking, leadership and special teams. Unlike you, I can admit to having been wrong about Hollins leadership.

You are the last person who should be telling anyone to "get a life". You've got jack s**t to offer in terms of anything football related. Certainly not anything that could be called "analysis" let alone "CORRECT analysis", you arrogant turdling.
PRODUCTION is not worthless rankings.
Buffoons pretend they can credit leadership or think that a grand total of 45 special teams snaps all year is value.

I have read your posts, and consider you disagreeing with my football opinions to be verification they are correct. Literally no one on this board knows less than you.

No rebuild.

As long as refs don’t screw us again, we will be right back in AFCCG next year.
How many turnovers did Josh have? How many did the team have for a total?

Maye v. Nix

Completion %: 72% > 64%
Yards: 4394 > 3431
Yards per attempt: 8.9 > 6.4 (Nix checkdown merchant)
TDs: 31 > 25
INTs: 8 < 11
Rushing yds: 450 > 356
QBR: 77.1 > 58.4
Rating: 113.5 > 87.8

Maye clears Nix in every single category.
Except INT’s, pass attempts and wins over their first 2 seasons and winning is what it’s all about, pal.

Sucks when facts get in the way

I hope the Broncos pick up Nix's option and sign him to a long-term guaranteed contract. I really do.
You deserve him.
We absolutely do. Weren’t you hitting Maye’s performance today, about 15 pages ago?

Worked out so well with Russ Wilson, might as well run it back, as soon as you're out from under that contract. You Broncos fans do so love your Jesus Freak QBs.

Rockhead Allen had 4 turnovers, Bills had 5, and they damn near beat you - you come off as scared (which is why you're trolling with nonsense on an opposing team's message board), but that's ok, you should be scared. ESPN can't save you once they actually play the game.

We have been here before, and done this before. Not the players, they're going to play, they might win, they might lose, but I'd sure as **** much rather have Drake Maye than Bo Nix. If you're going to troll, at least bring some relevant material to the table. Thanks in advance.

And remember - nobody asked your opinion, and as you continue to offer it, we all see why...no one asked your opinion.

I really don’t have anything “bad” to say about Nix, but there’s a reason why Maye is in the MVP talks and Nix is not.

The 4th quarter comebacks stat is impressive situational football. That definitely means something and shows some poise that’s going to bode well for him in his career. At the same time, for as much talk as NE’s schedule got DEN was 2nd easiest. And it’s not like their defense sucks and those comebacks came in high scoring games. The reality is that those comebacks were set up mostly by him and the offense playing like garbage for 3 quarters against mostly bad teams which led to them falling behind. To put that aside and pull out wins is a positive thing for sure, but the play that set up those deficits is also real data to consider too in evaluating him.

As far as most wins and whatever over his first 2 years… another impressive accomplishment. But we’re talking about an older prospect who played a lot of football in different systems so he was more NFL ready than most. And he got drafted to a better situation than most day 1 starting QBs with the good team building in Denver. So while it’s a good stat that he deserves props for, I don’t think it’s really reflective of him being individually awesome now or in the future.

He looks like a fine starting QB, but I dont see him ever being a serious MVP candidate like Maye. I just don’t see the same level of play individually and honestly no credible analyst does either.

I think Julian edleman is a better QB than nix. I said it.

Nix has a broken ankle.

Julian Love is probably a better QB right now.

Nix > Maye and anyone who watched yesterday and today would agree. Unless you’re just plain biased and ignorant.

Nix is NOT better than Maye. Anyone who has actually watched the ENTIRE SEASON knows that.

- Nix - 388 of 612 (63.4%) for 3931 yards (6.4 Y/A) , 25 TDs, 11 INTs, 24 sacks, 4 fumbles, 83 rushes, 356 yards (4.3 YPC) , 5 TDs. Nix also had 13 balls batted down and 93 bad throws. Nix was blitzed less than Maye, but was hurried more (61) and hit more (45).
- Maye - 354 of 492 (72%)for 4394 yards (8.9 Y/A) , 31 TDs, 8 ints, 47 sacks, 8 fumbles, 103 rushes, 450 yards (4.4 YPC), 4 TDs. Maye had 11 balls batted but only 65 bad throws. Maye was blitzed 158 times, but hurried only 42 times and hit only 42 times.

So, Nix had 1 more Rushing TD, half as many sacks, and half as many fumbles. He made 34 more completes on 130 more attempts yet had 6 FEWER Passing TDs and 3 MORE interceptions.

Anyone with a modicum of intelligence can see that MAYE is the better QB overall. Maye has some blemishes. He's still trying to do too much, which is why he has more sacks taken and more fumbles. OH. And Nix is 2.5 years OLDER than Maye.. So, you'd expect NIX to be playing BETTER than he is currently.. Not to mention that NIX has a better O-line with vets starting at every position. Compared to the Pats starting 2 rookies on their Left Side.

Trying to claim that Nix is better based on the Broncos playing the Jaguars and Bills, neither whom has a D as good as the Chargers, Texans or Patriots is ridiculous on your part.
