He held the ball for too long and we were driving and cost us at the bare minimum 3 pts where pts were at a premium lol I also said he was money in the second half so not all criticism....just would like him to be more careful with the balls. Turnovers become magnified in the postseason
No he didn’t. He did what he had done successfully all year, he extends plays and makes big plays. Once in a while, like anything else you do on a football field, something bad happens.

If you say he should t extend plays then you say you don’t want drake Maye as your qb because that is what separated him.
Crying about the ones that go wrong is being innocent to the fact that most go very right.

Here’s one, he allowed zero catches today in 26 coverage snaps.
Five targets in those 26 snaps. Zero completions is why the target count stays low.

One thought occurred to me. I don't think we had any dead ball penalties. Action penalties are one thing - facemasks, PI etc - they're just part of the game. But dead ball penalties like false starts, jumping offsides, illegal shifts etc are avoidable and I can't remember any of them from the Pats tonight.

To be fair, it was pretty clear that Gonzalez came up groggy from that (outstanding) play. I was surprised they didn’t take him to the tent sooner.

Coming up groggy doesn't mean he had a concussion. Granted, my example is anecdotal, but it's what happened to me just a couple months ago.

I thought the Pats trainers checked on him immediately and that's why he went to the bench.

What games skew towards being scheduled later?

How would you know what they prefer? Why would they prefer normalcy?
If you live in LA games start at 10 am and end at 4. Football fans Sunday’s end at 4 and they have the rest of the day. You are saying after that bring the norm, evidently just in order to argue, they would rather have their game time be more like what people on the east coast are used to and have it interfere with dinner time.

On top of all of this, you are arguing that the scheduling decision should be based upon this made up dynamic AND the league should choose to favor the 5seed road team.
Guess we’ll see.

Holy ****... is this official proof i need to get off the computer for a bit?
No, it’s proof you need to up your game. Leader has 200 and you barely broke half that? You’ve clearly been off the computer too much!

Oops. Just noticed your next milestone is passing me. Nevermind, take a long break…

Speak for yourself, Number 3. You gotta pump those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers.

I also always try to think what the other team couldve done and frankly they were outcoached and their OC didnt do anything at all to change things up like go no huddle, stop pats from substituting , do a shorter passing game .

I know Collinsworth is polarizing, but I thought he did a great job highlighting coaching decisions like letting the defense sub, and the way the Pats playing so many different players including rookies all year has given them depth.

If Gonzalez is seen in the locker room it's a good sign.... hopefully someone reports if he's there or not

My only qualm about Henderson is that he often runs right at the assigned hole without having scanned. there were a couple plays that, had he bounced over one gap, he'd have been off to the races.

I would have loved to see them line up trips to one side with Munford/Stevenson/Williams to let Munford and Stevenson make the initial blocks for Williams..

He was already seen and said he feels fine. Go back 1-2 pages or so
Come on, Ross. You're going to make FCB cry by using facts... You KNOW that they just confuse him...
