The women that do this and falsely accuse men, they should be thrown in prison for multiple years. For the same amount of time that the men accused of rape/assault would get. One because it's wrong and two because these types of women will keep doing this until a message is sent. But our society doesn't do that

It doesn't sound like sexual assault and that is not alleged, but the details about wanting her out of his house for a couple weeks, and then finding her in her bedroom in his house, these are the kinds of allegations which would make a jury surmise that something happened in that bedroom.

What it sounds like to me is that they told her to get out, she left for a few days, and then came BACK and was trespassing. Then the altercation ensued in which she was told to get out again and she refused. I remains to be seen WHO initiated the physical contact.

It sounds like a he said/ she said situation.

EDIT: Read the report. The timeline is longer than what was stated.. Situation started in Mid November when she was told she wasn't needed for a week.

Diggs is on the wrong side of 30 and has had a significant knee injury. He has a questionable past (fair or unfair) and incidents like the one reported today don’t work in his favor even though I think it’s bs and a money grab.

Assuming this incident blows over quickly and is much to do about nothing, I think Diggs will play out his contract as is or a contract restructure will be done. It seems as though he loves playing with Maye and the Pats seem to be content with his performance and on field leadership qualities.

He showed his friends a picture of her and her children which he took from her public social media account to laugh at calling her a "broke single Mom". He wanted his goons to find dirt on her to make her story look weak. She's the one that came out of the woodwork after the initial woman accused him. Bill told AB to lay low and not engage with these women because of what happened next. The media ran with the headline "threatening" which forced the Pats to hand to release Brown because money was going to be guaranteed after week 2. Bob didn't want to risk paying Brown and him not play because of a possible suspension if it the women had a case. They didn't.

The story seems to imply it's because she returned to his house earlier than he wanted her to come back.

Her story says he told her he didn’t miss her payroll.

He acknowledged that something happened between them. He told her there is still time to not go through with the request for criminal charges and that what occurred was "not that big of a deal." A lawyer would present that to a jury.

If all that happened was a shoving match, it's not a big deal. We have no idea if she is lying. With no PHYSICAL EVIDENCE, her case is going to be hard to prove. And a JURY will acknowledge that.

Says Diggs slapped her and chocked her that she felt she could have passed out. She reported it on 12/16. Incident happens 12/2. Says she does not have any evidence, it happened in her bed room.
Says Diggs wanted her out before his birthday party on 12/4 but she wanted paid before leaving his house. So this is a she said he said.

Unlikely a prosecutor will want to take it to a jury on such thin evidence. Her lawyer probably forced the police to file charges. The more Stef pays her the more that lawyer pockets for himself.

She did leave the house as asked for Thanksgiving. The report says she went to stay with a friend.

The incident occurred on Dec. 2nd, so... it may be whatever happened happened because she returned to the house too early?

If she was already fired by Dec 2nd, then returning to the house would need to be done with their permission. If she entered w/o it, it's trespassing. Even if it is to retrieve her stuff.

EDIT: Police report has her claiming that she quit on Dec 2nd. Then went back to house on 9th to collect her stuff. Altercation was on the 2nd.

apparently the c#nt judge released the police report even though the defense argued releasing such documents could prejudice a jury. A man has no chance when there's a domestic issue in MA. None, nada, zip. If this goes to trial Diggs is ****ed.

Jury pool is irreparably tainted. Another reason prosecutors won’t want to go to court with this case. They know they’re being used by her lawyer to run up the monetary settlement. The case stinks. Diggs’ lawyers got a clear basis for appeal, mistrial,mor venue change from the jury pool issue. Judge may just have released the police report knowing the case won’t make it to trail and wanting to punish the defendant for what she sees as bad behavior.
