Really disturbing. Stabbing is such a violent, “intimate” act. This part is interesting and extra concerning: “and, it appears this is an isolated incident -- not a random act of violence.” Like, he was targeted for some reason?

Indianapolis keeps electing pro criminal soft on crime democrats. Like most large cities. In 2020, the mayor let the criminals BLM riot, destroyed downtown for 2 days before he did anything. Then once the police started arresting criminals, his woke administration went after the police for using force against these violent thugs. Until Indy votes in leaders who punish criminals and quit letting violent offenders roam free, Indy will continue to be a dump of a city.
