I’d rather have…

Campbell-Brown-Wilson-Onwenu-Moses

than

Campbell-Wilson-Bradbury-Onwenu-Moses

Bradbury is a liability…more so then Brown at LG
I agree Wilson should just stay at Center. He's the future there and Bradbury isn't showing he's a starter.
Let Wilson get all the reps he can.

I'm leaning toward Cole Strange at LG, only because he's the only guy that has shown can be an average NFL left guard, albeit pre injury, and he's had some solid play in the pre-season.

Campbell-Strange-Wilson-Onwenu-Moses with Bryant the swing tackle. If Bryant can step into starter role in 2026 you'd have to just find a LG assuming the rookies play well enough to stick.

Yeah I've got a feeling Bryant will be starting several games at RT due to injury. Their will be growing pains per usual but hopefully not to severe.

And the Pats may have a find in 7th rounder Marcus Bryant.

A huge tackle who can back up both tackle spots and possibly even be a future starter is found money.
Bryant seems like he should at least be a good backup. That’s a huge win out of a 7th rounder.

It’s a pretty low bar, but I do think he’ll be an upgrade to Jacobs, whenever he does see playing time.

An upgrade with better coaching as well.

Yeah that's one of the things I took from the game Saturday: no matter the line combinations - and there were a few of them - it never once looked like a complete disaster out there. It's a one-horse race, but Marrone is the best OLC we've had here since Dante. In fact, after McD he's Vrabel's best coach period.

Sign Marrone to a lifetime contract....now.

How bad were the tackles last year? Been over it a million times how Jacobs was the worst starting lineman in the league BUT when a 7th rounder is clearly better than both of them and still won't threaten to start. It's saying a ton on last year.

This might be the most positive post you've ever made!

Interesting. Every time I see Jacobs, I think 'he's a solid enough backup', I've been more impressed with him, admittedly, just from what I've seen, I'm not there every day.

So, a franchise RB in TreVeyon Henderson, a possible game breaking deep threat in Kyle Williams, a starting free safety in Craig Woodson, and a new kicker/long snapper combo.

That makes for a really good draft.

Now add in a starting LT, starting C, and potentially in a couple of years, a starting RT.

That is a grand slam of a draft.

It’s saying more than a ton about the off season upgrades. The two starters he would have to displace are a $24,000,000 veteran FA signing, and the #4 overall draft pick.

He's getting all his money this year, it's basically a 1 year contract which, if he plays well enough, keeps him here for a 2nd.

Yes, and next year Bryant will be fully prepared to step in as the bookend RT opposite Campbell at LT if Moses isn’t still here. A glut of good NFL starting OTs is not a bad thing to have.

I’ve yet to see anything from him that tells me he doesn’t suck

They are all grandslams until the games start.

Moses went 8 season without missing a game before missing 3 in each of the last 2 seasons.

The joint practices are the third preseason game now - 11s on 11s.

And we keep tuning in for the crap first two game product as these teams get used to hitting (and wrap tackling more importantly), being hit and the jump in speed and decision making.

It's just like voting - we have seen the enemy and it is us (same with the THU night games). We keep paying for them to shovel lesser product down our gullet and we keep lining up to eagerly consume (myself included BTW).

I hate the Giants pre season game. I wish it would go away forever.
