Maybe Sow can be decent. I'm not optimistic.

I was just watching some highlights of him.

He can play both FS or SS.

He can also play corner, he can also play linebacker. I would assume he'd start at free safety right away.

All the mocks I've seen today have him bottom of 2nd round

I think it's just that there are so many good round 2 options. He was always a borderline 1st/2nd round player. but there will likely be a mini QB run and a CB run because there's a such of a drop off from this tier of CBs that good prospects will drop. By the way, the first two mocks I looked at (PFF and Bleacher) had him going 40 and 41. ESPN had him in the 60s.

I agree about Henderson. I watched some tape and he has a dynamic acceleration. I just hope that the Patriots don't draft another big slow contested catch WR, ugh.

That's exactly the reason I don't want Tre Harris.

Wolf said they were drafting for need. If you are implying Wolf is dumber than a box of rocks, I agree.

In my article after last year's draft, I said that taking Polk was like replacing Davante "Velcro" Parker with Davante Parker. I was so pissed they passed on Ladd McConkey because they already had Pop Douglas! I agree that Douglas has been misused the last two seasons, but I wouldn't hesitate to replace him if I could find someone better (Jaylin Noel).

If I remember Correctly you wanted them to trade out of 3 instead of taking Maye.

I’m hoping Strange wins the center job, Bradbury’s issues in pass protection are a real concern.

Bradbury wasn't brought in to sit on the bench. And he's already better than virtually every other lineman already there.
Guy struggles one year in pass pro with injuries around him, suddenly sidy sow is better than the guy who started 88 games at center.

What are we even doing?

DT is also a significant need. No guarantees Barmore can play 17 games.

Pats have too much money allocated there and they can't hoard at that position when the team has many needs. They need to cool it until the 3rd round at the earliest.

Doctors are human and make mistakes. There are cases were they messed up. Some off the top of my head were Trent Williams in Washington. JC Jackson was cleared from surgery in the same time frame Mac Jones was cleared for an ankle sprain. Sanu regretted coming back as early as he did after his ankle injury (more of his decision to return as he felt pressure from being traded for a 2nd round pick). Barmore seemed to have come back way too early. I'm actually quite shocked he came back as soon as he did. In fact, the video of when he got pulled over for the arrest had the woman in the car telling the cops that he was on blood thinners. I was saying when it happened he wasn't coming back. He played soon after. Posters here that are in the medical field agreed that Barmore shouldn't have been playing. And a reminder, David Andrews sat out the season when he had it.

I wouldn’t mind seeing a WR double dip today. Get a bigger bodies outside receiver like Higgins, Bech or Harris and a speed guy like Noel or Williams.
