Draft day 2: reset

There's some good WR/TE/RB's left. I'm hoping for TE Taylor at 38, and hope WR Noel slips.
Plenty of good DE talent there too

Get treyveon Henderson if he is that good or Mike green or the best available safety / DT.

Nick Emmanawori. Dude is gonna be a game changer. I know you guys all want WRs, me too. I thought he’d go R1. Can’t pass if he’s there at 38.

Before round 1 I was thinking Higgins in the 2nd but I wasn't expecting Emmanwori, Ezeiruaku or Burden to still be available. They still may not be when 38 rolls around but they're all impact players that at least have to make the Pats think twice. In particular Emmanwori would definitely be the BPA if he's still there when New England picks, he is a day 1 plug n play starter. If BB was still at the helm, he'd move heaven and Earth to land him. To a lesser extent, Green (with his serious character ?'s) and Johnson (legit injury concerns) are also players I thought would be gone but I doubt they are on the Pats radar, They're just too thin to roll the dice on day 2 guys.

As of this moment, with Dugger, Peppers, and Mapu we have a logjam at SS.

We need a pure FS badly.

Given that Sanders is likely to go off the board immediately the Patriots are going to have a shot at some really good prospects.

I won’t be surprised if Sanders, Green, Johnson, and Emmanwori go off the board with the first four picks of the second round, giving the Patriots really good choices at 38.

I said it before and will say it again... I hope we are not the Team that selects Jayden Higgins in the Second Round. Draft anybody else but: I got a bad feeling about him for us. I like his Teammate Noel a lot better.

I have mixed feelings on Green. I don’t think he’s a good guy, but it’s troubling that he’s never even been interviewed about the allegations against him.

If he’s there I would take Trevyon Henderson. First round running back talent who could immediately upgrade their run game. I really like Judkins as well. That said I would be really happy with Taylor or Higgins, and a number of other guys.

We need another one I don't like the alternatives: they spent a lot of time with Ozzie Trapilo. I have no hope for Caedan Wallace...we need a legitimate Back-up who can Start not named Lowe - Wallace and Jacobs. Don't be so short sighed AJ. Trapilo - Ersery or Grant are good Tackle Insurance.

This fetish for interior OL when we have a zillion of them and big holes everywhere else makes me scratch my head.

GUARDS/CENTERS: Strange, Onwenu, Robinson, Sow, Bradbury, Andrews, Wallace, Schweitzer, Ben Brown, Cotton. 10 guys for 3 spots, and a bunch more picks we've already cut: Mafi, Hines, etc. And when you realize we're going to have to carry 2 swing backup tackles, this leaves 2 spots for backup OL.

Here we are without a free safety, no 4-3 Edge Rusher, a big need for a big body DT, youth at TE, not to mention WRs, and we're doing what?

7 of the 10 haven’t demonstrated they belong in the NFL and the most promising is a T you incorrectly listed as a IOL.
This is a day 3 need IMO but still a need. Being able to list a lot of guys who suck at the position doesn’t mean you are in good shape.

No we really don’t. We just drafted Wallace in rounds 3. It would be insane to use a 2 on a guy who won’t see the field just because you want him to beat our last years 3 for a backup spot.
We have much greater need elsewhere like WR, EDGE, RB, DL, CB, LB
