Abdul Carter at 4#. Hunter has gone do we trade?

Interesting thought. They sorely miss Barkley.
I can't imagine they'd take a RB that high again.
It didn't exactly work out with them with Barkley.

I can see value in trading with LV who is rumored to want to trade up for Jeanty. Someone might be willing to trade up for Graham, but we might not want to go down even past 7.

Patriots Big Board should be:

1. Hunter
2. Carter
3. Graham
4. Campbell

It'll also push Keion White to get his **** together.
He's my #1 player on the hot seat for this season, especially if an Edge player is taken early. His bizarre comments during the season and then blaming the coaches for his Houdini act after week 2.

If he has a hard time getting to the QB with the assistance of Landry, Barmore and Williams, he never will.

We'll find out if he was just telling the truth or not, pretty quickly I'd imagine.

Titans take Ward, Browns take Sanders, Giants take Hunter would leave Carter at #4.
Sanders will be fortunate to go anywhere in the first round. I'm extremely dubious he goes in the top three.

With COMPETENT Coaching, I'm hoping White is a fkn Beast.
I guess we'll see.

Which Campbell? I assume you mean Will, but some are high on Jihad
I meant Will Campbell.
I think Graham woukd be a great pick at 4. No one will tun easily on Graham, Barmore and Williams

White will be a beast this year if Barmore and Milton Williams can stay on the field. Now if Abdul Carter is available at 4, well wow what a lineup, but I really think that the Patriots should tradedown if Carter is available. Some team with a meddling owner like Dallas would mortgage their future for Carter.

If Hunter and Carter are gone I’m team Jeanty or trade down.

If this is the case, and it probably will be, it seems a bit unlikely that the Patriots would find a trade partner. What's a team gonna do? Trade up to draft Campbell?

Nice thought, but the most likely scenario is that Hunter and Carter will indeed be gone and the Patriots will take Campbell. Booring but solid choice. I could turn the TV off early on Thursday.

So, we take Campbell because no one will give us enough and LV gives JAX a 4th so that no one else will trade up for Jeanty. They would have had to give us a bit more.

Congrats to us because we refused the trade that would almost surely have gotten us the Campbell at 6. We rejected a pick or two, but we get points for standing on principle.

It makes no sense to me to conclude that there will be no trade ups merely because no one will offer what the charts say they should pay.
