Soccer teams - including the Revolution - have been using these for years now. They're called athletic vests, and they've got GPS trackers and heart rate monitors built in. The team can measure how fast players run, how far they run, how fast they accelerate or decelerate, heart rate, etc.

Agree completely. This isn’t a roster full of guys with rings, most are in danger of making the team, so “ voluntary” has a completely different meaning to them.

He sounded how you want a good, energetic, passionate coach should sound.
Favorite part was talking about treating the support staff with the highest amounts of respect because they are there to help them. Can cuss and scream at him all day cause he’s a big boy and can handle it.

Was a pretty basic, straight forward talk but refreshing to hear.

Someone here posted a clip of a Titans player addressing a team meeting as if he were Vrabel, and Vrabel is in the corner watching him do it, and the imitation was spot on, and they players were losing it over it. Vrabel is really good at connecting with players, while simultaneously making it clear that his expectations are high and he’s completely in charge. I think he’s going to be a great coach for this team.
