Are you all in on CB Travis Hunter at 4 (Hunter as a WR?)

Giants message board poster consensus is that they want them to take Hunter not Sanders

I’m rooting for 2 QB’s to have amazing workouts and rise up the draft boards.

They won one Super Bowl. That’s great. But winning one Super Bowl in 10+ years with one of the top 3 QB’s of all time, is actually a pretty big let down.
Years the Colts should’ve won a Super Bowl:

2004, 2005 and 2008. Those were their best shots to win.

They would’ve lost to SD had Indy faced them in 2006.

Brady, Eli, Mahomes, and Big Ben are the only QBs since 2000 to win more than 1 superbowl with the same team. That's it, 4 QBs.

Brady has made Patsfans a bunch of entitles dbags who can't appreciate a good thing.

There are still teams in the NFL that haven't won a superbowl.

Winning 1 superbowl in a 10 year period is an amazing accomplishment. What the Pats did with Brady had never been done before.

Aaron Rodgers is another perfect example of how no to win multiple titles and waste potential. Most of his career in GB, they spent heavily building the offensive side of the roster. Almost always having two premier WR’s at a minimum.

I think if you ask anyone. They would all say that Manning and Rodger’s came up short of SB expectations. What do they have in common? their need for elite WR’s often leading to teams that weren’t balanced enough to win it all.

When you are considered a “top 5 talented qb of all time” you should have more than one Super Bowl. I guess that’s just my opinion.

Love that you bring up Rogers and the Packers. Let's add Favre to the list as well.

The Packers since 1989 have drafted a WR only once in the first rd and that was Javon Walker in 2002. Outside of taking Rogers and Jordan love in the first rd they have only drafted defense or oline with their 1st rd picks.

I'm fact looking at their draft their first 2 or 3 picks are overwhelmingly either defense or oline with Jordy Nelson, Devante Adams, and Greg Jennings being outliers in the 2nd rd.

The Packers also never spend big on FA electing to retain their own talent.

Really the Packers FO operate exactly like a lot of Pats fans want the pats to operate as.

With the pakcers priority being the defense and oline they won exaclty 2 superbowls between 2 HOF QBs.

So Cleary by yours and other posters logic, making the defense and oline the main priority in the draft every year is a failure at team building that wins champions.

With Wilson signing in NY, I don’t see Hunter being on the board at 4. We either trade down (unlikely)or take Mason Graham?

Wilson signed in NY because Sanders goes at 2.

NYG take Hunter for sure, they're all in with Nabers, Hunter and Wilson this year to save their jobs.

Carter is ours.

after the Wilson signing I’m now fully convinced it’s

1. Ward
2. Sanders
3. Hunter
4. Carter

Cam Ward already did he's now linked to Tennessee. Giants would be fools to pass on S Sanders: if they do we are in the Sweet Trade spot: I expect the Raiders - Jets or Saints to come calling. We then take the BPA @ Tackle either Campbell or Membou: we get an extra pick in the process. Vrabel have a plan I can see it all coming together. Draft Day is going to be fun unlike those BB Drafts.

Cleveland loves DE's Abdul Carter the next Myles Garrett?? I have Cater linked to Cleveland...not that leaves Sanders and Hunter.

Our best path to Hunter.

1.Ward
2. Carter
3, Sanders.
4. Hunter

Party at Gillette.

If It goes

1.Ward
2.Sanders,
3. Hunter.
4. Carter

Party at Gillette,

Any other
IF that plays out I'm going say suck it Mayo.

Cam Ward is more than linked to Tennessee.

They sent their whole media team to his pro day to pre record draft night stuff. They're picking him at 1.

Looks like Pats know NY will take Hunter thats why they signed Diggs

Did signing Kurt Cousins to a massive contract last year prevent the Falcons from draftin Penix at #8?

In contrast Wilson was signed for only 1 year.

This is true and I’m not saying it won’t happen, but to me it feels like they are showing their cards
