I use my iPhone and not to be a fly in the soup, but i liked the way it was much better.

- have ads pop up when I scroll which I didn’t use to.
-. There’s a big bar across the screen for pinned posts, which I cant get rid of. (Unpin and hide aren’t working).

- I clicked on a draft thread that said it was unavailable and gave an error

- The dark blue used for some of the names almost makes them unreadable. Your name Ian was tough to read. The light blue names are fine.

Found the error you ran into with the top links not working. Those have been fixed.

LOL, just rolled out an "ignore" button that's front and center, instead of having to go into a thread to do it.

Hi Ian, love the new look I did notice though in the OL Wes Schweitzer Signs With Patriots thread there is a table unreadable as it is the dark blue with black text. I am assuming someone inserted it I forgot to catch who it was to give reference to an injury history.

I like it.
And I'm always just on mobile- and I still like it.
Agree with others who pointed out some text harder to read on mobile due to dark on dark and white on white.
But it's doable and everything else is an upgrade. Bravo!

That was an apparent nginx vulnerability that got a lot of people, including the Planet and a ton of other sites and it was excessively difficult to finally track down. That absolutely sucked.

Good morning,

Ran into a handful of things I had to fix, but we're now good. A few things:

This new layout was themed around the team's color styles based on home/away, which you can now toggle between:



The "Light" and "Dark" is pretty self-explanatory, as you can toggle back and forth between the two. The "System" is tied to your PC. So if you use a dark theme, or your system automatically changes based on the time of day, the software will detect that and will be synced with it if you choose this setting.

There's a new left hand menu that's available:



This gives you quick access to checking your bookmarks, along with being able to see who you're following, who you're ignoring, threads you're ignoring, people you have on a global forum mute/blocked list, etc. A lot of this stuff, particularly the bookmarks, are buried in the user panel and not readily available. They're now a little easier to access with this.

Below that are the avatar/signature/preferences. Again, these are buried in the panel and I get this question a fair amount when people are trying to set up their accounts. So they're now easier to access.

Another note: Not sure if you noticed this, but you can "Pin" posts to your sidebar:

This is located on the bottom right of every post, and you have up to six:


This is another feature I'm not sure people are using, but that's been touched up a little, although I left the display itself the same.

The slideout menu has been updated as well. It's organized a lot better and a little easier to find things. The only thing I do have to add back in is the quick link to the "Help Desk", but I'll do that in a bit and I'll update this if anything else is modified.

But for now, feel free to test things out and obviously report any issues here.

It's only available on a full-width browser window. If you've zoomed in, you might not be able to see it.

I am working on adding the notifications and the bookmark links to the slideout menu both for people on a slightly smaller browser, as well as for a tablet/mobile. Just didn't quite get around to it and wanted you guys to be able to see and use it.

This was one of those things that as I started it, became "I should add this" - and then after adding that, "if I do that, I need to do this ... " and it sort of dominoed from there. But I'll get that tweaked and get that stuff added for you.

Side note - it looks like the smart people at Xenforo have it where things like Twitter also detects what viewing mode you're in (Dark/Light). Noticed the Tweet rendered in dark mode and then changed when I went to the light setting and refreshed the page.
