It's just the numbers.. That you fail to actually provide. Uh huh..

Go ahead and post them.. Show us how many 3rd round picks are traded each year for an established Vet.
What? I already posted the data on 3rd round picks success which is what I was talking about.

Geno Smith, Matt Judon, I'm not going to Google for you something that happens every year.

Nobody is paying anything more than 10- 12 million guaranteed/year for Kupp. He might end up signing with bills for 2 years 25 million 17 gtd .

I hope it's not us.

With the salary WRs are earning today, his $12M this year and $14M next year aren’t bad. Issue is the $7.5M roster bonus this year and $5M next year so it’s more like $19.5M a year.
Do you think he'd be worth it?

Honestly the market dictates Kupp might get around $15-16M per. Flipping a 6th to them in order to ensure you get him, at around $19M per but with low guaranteed dollars may be prudent.

I'd have to say no, the term is fine (2 years), but that's a lot of money for a guy coming off leg injury #7781.

I wasn't asking you to do the research. I was asking HIM to do it since he's the one that made the claim.

A single example really doesn't have value because KCSVEN made the claim "a ton". If he showed 4-5 a year, then that's a different story. A single example actually would say that trading a 3rd for a Vet player doesn't happen all that often.. Once a year. Maybe.

Saying similar things. Hope I helped.

3rd round picks are not that valuable , 3 out of 4 bust
I'd love to learn more about this as it's counter intuitive to me.

What time period did you examine for this?
How did you define bust?

What approach did you use to evaluate the non-busts and the fact that those players received ~ $1.5mm a year on average for four years (2024) which likely added surplus value to a team.

Thanks

Watch when Tua gets hurt the next Sam Darnold.
@Steve102 what's so funny?? Geno Smith now Sam Darnold I see a Former Jets QB trend.
