Is the team at #3 gonna give up enough to jump them? The only way there won't be a QB needy team at #2 is if all the teams other than the Pats have four wins. Then the Jags would be #2.
Our guys have almost nothing to play for. Clearly pride isn't working. The Bills have nothing to play for and it's actually smart of them to lose the game, why strengthen a division rival when you know the other 2 don't have a QB that can beat you.
It's because we want a team further back to need to leapfrog the team at 2 and pay through the nose. Why would the team at #2 trade with the pats though?

Tankathon wont load for me right now....all the Pats fans piled in at the same time?
They could want a specific QB prospect. Why would the team at #2 trade with the pats though? Is the team at #3 gonna give up enough to jump them?
There are no franchise QBs in this Draft so not missing anything, maybe sets them up for 2026 QB class?Giants fans trying to convince themselves that Drew Lock didn't just piss away their chance at a franchise QB with a franchise QB performance.
BTW, they drop to 3rd. That would probably put them out of the Ward/Sanders range. They will need to trade up if this is where they stand.
Lets do it! 3rd pick, 25 2nd, 26 1st.....and NabersGiants fans trying to convince themselves that Drew Lock didn't just piss away their chance at a franchise QB with a franchise QB performance.

Wolf is rubbing his hands in glee while Mayo smiles knowingly ( or clueless, it is a similar look). They could want a specific QB prospect.
Id be over the moon if 2nd pick wanted to trade up to 1st. We could then trade down from 2nd for another package. Thatd be silly good for us.
I don’t see it but you never knowSanders or Ward could be franchise QBs. They aren't likely to be elite QBs.
I think Ward could be if you got to his mechanics a bit. But you're right, there's no sure-fire locks.I don’t see it but you never know
Paying the price to move up from that far away is unlikely. You really only have the teams at #2 or #3 as teams likely to give you 'something' to stop another team. Given the prospects this year... it seems unlikely they're going to be incredibly motivated to give up the bag to prevent it.It's because we want a team further back to need to leapfrog the team at 2 and pay through the nose.
