I think it was a friggin miracle that there were no QB/center screwups given Brown stepped off a red-eye and had only two practices. Brown was the only one on the OL not to allow a pressure. Wonder if the poor run blocking partly stemmed from inexperience and lack of practice at center and QB?

A Decent Center is either good at pass or run blocking pick your poison. IF they are solid at both you have a Hofer.

I didn't say great WR I said great camp. For a rookie he did. I followed TC all summer and he was the main WR that was impressive. So again he is a rookie let him settle in.. playing 5 weeks with a bad QB can affect a young WR. Thanks for the mulligan!

Yesterday was yipsee day. Can't have too many of those.

He was open - a lot - however.

At this point, I want Douglas, Boutte, Baker and Polk to all play a ton. Players have bad games. Before this, I saw one drop and a ton of missed opportunities.

One thing from yesterday I couldn't believe: much of the time, even on third and long, they were leaving Jacobs alone against Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter.

I mean, chip the damn guy with a back or put a TE there to give Jacobs a step - he physically couldn't handle those two, and both are elite coming off the edge.

That was bad. The hit Hunter put on Drake could have ended his season.

Just back from injury. Mayo said they needed to learn how to use him since he’s new to the team (unlike Mapu being thrown right in), and yesterday that meant 5 snaps on the edge and 4 at ILB.

I thought polk was ok this season as a rookie he played well.. all rookies have thier moments.. it appears to me that he was just excited to play with his QB.. Polk is talented and has been the best WR all camp and pre season. I would like Tyquan to get in there with Drake on some post patterns.

Look at the 2023 draft. Gonzo, White, Mapu, Boutte, Douglas, Baringer, and Sow, and maybe J Andrews and Bolden. Do you see any difference?
