IMO

The only reason I see is Polk is younger and has much higher upside. Maybe yesterday was the game he really got humbled and will prolly pull his socks .

We can't afford to have another high second round wide receiver flame out.

But maybe you bench Polk for 3 games and light up a fire . Similarly you give Thornton 3 games to show if he can be a difference maker . If he doesn't show anything in 3 games trade or cut him. And play baker after 10 games. So that he knows he needs to mature a bit more and plays responsibly on and off the court.

I would have Thornton play instead of Bourne . He's practically useless.

I noticed that same confusion too… And didn’t the tv go to a commercial break right afterwards, which obviously didn’t help explain the situation?

Now that I think about it… That play happened with < 10 seconds left in the quarter, but the game clock should’ve stopped due to the incompletion; after a moment however it started to run until it showed zeroes… I said at the time that they must’ve ruled that pass a Catch, otherwise why did the game clock start running again? ****ing clueless, corruptible zebras… Broadcast crew too.

Rham was really missed yesterday his knack for breaking Tackles is something. Maye needs Rham they're going be a awesome RB and QB duo: Gibby is more of a pass catching RB not a #1 guy.

I understand that; but sometimes you need to have your best 5 remaining players on the line, and Sow’s better at his job than Jacobs is at his, by a lot.

Polk has caught just 44% in 6 games…no that’s not ok…it’s bad. It’s ok to sit him for a few games. I do expect him to be our WR2 of the future but he needs a break.

I'm giving the D a pass.. no Barmore, no Bentley, no peppers.. white has been getting doubled.. Uche is MIA all season.. got back ups playing starter minutes.. they just don't have the horses.. the pass rush isn't there.. so the secondary gets exposed more. They've been good past few seasons.. the ****ty offense has been the problem.

I thought he had a great camp. Let me change my take. Ok he had a bad game.. let him settle in. With Drake and let's see how he does then. He's our #2nd round pick.. personally I would like to see him grown with drake.. can't have our 2nd and 4th rounds WRs both getting cobwebs.. no one other than pop is so good that they get time over polk.
