Ok so we actually agree then if it was part of his normal continuous motion then it is out of bounds. It's clear as day both in the rule and in the replay.
What we agree on is the foot is where he wanted it to be and it was in bounds.

The ball of foot + heel = entire foot. Imagine if a WR caught a pass on the sidelines and the heel landed first inbounds then followed (literally 1-2 hundredths of a second later like in Polk's case) by the ball of foot coming down oob. That's out of bounds. But his foot WAS in bounds when it landed? Am I in the twilight zone here?
His heel was out of bounds, after the delay, and there for we have a touchdown.
The heel was out of bounds.

The whole step needs to be in boundsAnd his toe wasn't.
So if you land with half of your foot in and half of your foot out of bounds you think that’s a catch? Seriously? That's a great point. Catch.

That’s not how it works. You have to complete the catchThis is the same league that still doesn't know what constitutes a catch.
Toes in, since it's in the end zone, plain is broken, what happens after is relevant.
TD.

The plane has to be broken WITH POSSESSION. He doesnt have possession because he made the catch out of boundsThere is no step. Plain broken.
It’s EXACTLY what happened here. Why would half your foot out of bounds count as a catch? That isn't what happened here.

Wrong. I gave no idea why where he wanted it to be is a thing, but the foot landed out of bounds. What we agree on is the foot is where he wanted it to be and it was in bounds.
He doesn’t establish possession until his feet (the while foot) comes down in bounds. His heel is out of bounds after he established possession in bounds.
It’s EXACTLY what happened here.
Doing everything possible to "lock up" no pun the number 1 Overall in 25.They just announced that Peppers was arrested Friday night for an assault and drug possession. WTF
