In this Offense and behind this OL? If he can be a Franchise QB, he won't get the chance because he'll get seriously injured. Maye, combined with building a solid OL and other positions because we'll be drafting high again and have the cap money, is the only straw of hope that we have at this point. If Maye gets killed, we won't even have that. Mayo and Wolf's remaining with this team needs to be seriously looked into right now, before the next off-season happens.

Id do the same. Get pick heavy, cross your fingers, and then add as many high level players as you can. We need about 5 guys a year in the draft right now who will start.

Unless the two of them move up and you need to take them at 2-3

On this planet, in this league, the foot has to be in bounds. That included each part of the foot that touches the ground in that step.
If you are going out of bounds and “tap the toe” it means the toe is the only part of the foot that touches the ground, so you are in.
If you are going out of bounds and you take a regular step where your heel is in but your toe is out, for the very same reason you are out.

You are mistaking a play where the toe is the only contact with the ground on that step with a normal step.

Don’t get why they’d mutiny. They killed themselves with penalties. Yea things weren’t perfect but could be been better with discipline. It’s their own damn fault they lost, not 100% on lousy qb play this time. Only 80% lousy…. Ha.

That's ridiculous. Maye doesn't panic like a wet cat when the ball is snapped to him. He would have at least attempted passes past 4 yards before the 4th quarter. He would make the D defend the whole field.
Of course it doesn't mean this team will be good, or win a bunch, but TODAY - Maye would have won this game.
They just needed 1 or 2 first downs that they didn't get.
You're drinking cool-aid if you don't think Maye could do more to win this tight (and ugly) of a game than JB did.
