Looking at the left arm angles compared to the right, I can see how that Tap can reach the nuts. I wonder how much that video is slowed down. Maybe Mac's got that 1 inch Bruce Lee punch going on.

if he did it, there’s literally no excuse for hitting a guy in the nuts. It doesn’t matter if it’s a “tap” or whatever else you want to call it. You would throw on a dude who did that to you. Walking past a guy and doing that is basically inexcusable if that’s what he did.

No such thing as hands to the face in that situation. It’s illegal while blocking or being blocked, not illegal while carrying the ball or attempting a tackle.

But yes, probably three different things (including that) that could have been called unnecessary roughness.

That’s what is weird to me. Gardner ran in there after the play without cause just to stand there to be intimidating I guess? To talk ****? He slaps Mac’s hand away when he asks for help up but still just stands there aggressively. I wouldn’t be surprised if Mac was tapping him in the belly basically saying “ok bud let’s chill out”, basically showing that the fake big man stuff isn’t impressing him. Then Gardner cries to the media and NFL saying Mac touched him in the wrong spot after the game. What a baby.

Mac might have “a reputation” but I wouldn’t be surprised if Gardner now develops a bit of one too, especially if he cries about something else later on.
