It's easy, and only takes a few moments. My understanding is they have to sign off on trades, but not on contracts themselves. That's a main reason that Brad Childress got fired (for cutting Moss).Good owners pick the right GM, and the right GM picks the right HC and players. The HC in turn coaches the players. It's a trickle down effect. You pick a lousy GM, the whole operation falls apart. In addition, the owner has to sign off on player contracts.

Wow - never seen this before. Where did he do this?Photoshopped Mac over Stidham doing this. Imagine posing like this without doing a thing to earn it.
Honestly it seems to be going over fine

Very much doubt they would talk at this stage but a trade is a possible scenario. BB has shown he is ok to move on from anyone so what's one more? McDaniels also showed he is capable to make Mac effective.I wonder if Josh and Bill have already discussed a Mac Jones trade for 2023. The Raiders would have a pretty sizeable amount of cap space if they released Carr and replaced him with Mac on a rookie deal. Josh clearly wants a guy who is familiar with and can be productive in his offense.
Not nearly important as quarterbacks, it's been proven.
Would you rather have Mark Davis/Jim Irsay/ The Spanos as your owner and Patrick Mahomes as your quarterback or Kraft/Mac?
Bad owners win Super Bowls, bad quarterbacks don't in the modern era unless they're going against Matt Patricia.
