You can't pretend their awful coaching and injuries are not part of the picture. It's pretty clear why they have spurts of looking good and it's because it happens in spite of those things.

Dude, the Bucs are 6-7 in a division where they play the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons twice. The Bucs suck, no two ways around it. There are lots of excuses and qualifications, but the end result is the same, the Bucs suck.
