He reverted back to Bad Mac in the 2nd half.

Dink and Dunk throws that gain 3 yards on 3rd and 7.
Kind of, he had some money throws that the receivers let him down on. The bomb to agholor should have been caught, he stopped the route. Also the throw on the move to Meyers hit him in the hands. But yeah, he did get a little panicky at the end.

Should have been 2 out of 3. Kendrick Bourne 100% didn't catch the ball because of a blatant PI and even then if he didn't they should have gotten it at the goal line which I say probably a decent chance Stevenson bulldozes in for a yard.
Yeah, the refs were horrible. They missed a whole lot

Just wow:

Vikings are living a charmed life.

**** them...I put the "mal orc" on the whole shytbag franchise...may their puny little peckers rot off and stink up that sewerhole stadium

Saw a video of Bill letting Strong have it on the sideline after he ran into the kicker.

Yep, the Pats still had a chance to win that game until that play happened...some of these young guys want to make the big play (i.e., punt block) and be heroes but end up hurting the team more than anything else

If Agholor didn't stop during his route he would have been there.
Agholor should have kept on running out of the stadium and taken the first flight to somewhere thousands of miles from Foxborough. Good for a few plays but a JAG at heart. We need so much better.

accuracy
velocity
the throws under pressure
the incompletions to meyers & agholor

Mac was awesome on re-watch. He was making plays outside the pocket & was elevating the play around him. stevenson had a drop, bourne couldn’t get a PI call, henry’s td was overturned & meyers & agholor couldn’t make a play on some insane throws. Re-watch the meyers incompletion in the fourth quarter.

He wasn’t perfect since he still needs to learn to throw the ball away. I’m excited for the remainder of the season after yesterday though.
I agree, at this point I don't think we'll make playoffs, so in retrospect It's a regress, the way owners look at things is results based and what direction thier franchise is headed, I know Kraft isn't happy about his team not making the playoffs, 2 losses, possibly 3 more I can see.. bills and Bengals, we couldn't deal with Jefferson what can we do with chase and Higgins who I feel are much more physical than Jefferson

I was screaming at the top of my lungs that it was a catch, even after the first replay I saw. So don't lump me into the group of people who only want the Patriots to lose. Or bring ball pressure into this. Like that has anything to do with it. You obviously had too much wine tonight.

It's obnoxious, it's inconsistent, it's frustrating, but it is 100% a call you expect the officials to make there. Pointing out examples where they failed to be consistent in other plays doesn't magically make it the wrong call. If they see the ball hit the ground, and it's not in your possession until you literally stand up and give it to them, expect it to be incomplete.

apparently "survive the ground" isn't a thing anymore. So even more so last night when i had a bunch of sleep meds running through me, this is a TD

Patricia as a playcaller is someone who knows how to call plays and what they do but he doesnt know when to call what. He cant call 3 plays and call a 4th using those 3 as a setup. Vikiings OC did just that with the theilen touchdown. it just is random from patricia. TBH i am surprised Mac is surviving in this. If it werent for his dime throws yesterday we wouldve had even bigger trouble. i dont blame patricia, he is learning on the job. but its costing us games. lets hope these 11 games have made him better.

This is like the 2009 team. very undisciplined , poor penalties, -ve plays. .

The refs take away a TD from the Pats. They don't call holding or block in the back on the kickoff return. They don't call it when Mac gets tripped. They don't call it when Mac's face mask gets yanked right in front of them. They don't call illegal contact/holding/DPI (whichever applied) on the fourth down play to Agholor when he was interfered with for three full yards, impeding his path to the ball (and he missed it by inches).

Here are your "Mac Jones played like ass in the fourth quarter" fourth-quarter stats: 12 passes attempted, 8 completions, 104 yards.

Source: The Official Site of the Minnesota Vikings

So just cut the crap. You claim Mac "played like ass in the fourth quarter," can offer nothing to back it up, and now YOU have been proven WRONG. What's funny is if Nelson Agholor hadn't paused mid-route and caught that PERFECTLY PLACED fourth-down pass -- which he should have -- playing "like ass" becomes playing like Tom Brady.
Lol I got you to do the work for me

Agreed agholor should have caught that, and Mac mostly played very well. Just a few awful sacks really hurt

I wish I could see a replay of the Agholor pass. I thought there was illegal contact that caused him to miss a step. I didn't really see him slow down other than that.

I guess you haven't been watching his mechanics then. Last night they looked light years better, he wasn't clicking his feet together on dropbacks. They also trusted him enough to put him under center for a significant number of dropbacks. They haven't really done that all year. He had the whole playbook open to him. That hasn't happened much this year.

QB mechanics ... They have this odd way of going to shyt when OL protection fails and receivers aren't on the same page -- go figure. Mac's mechanics always have been solid when he has time to set up and step into throws, don't know where this "clicking his feet together" idea comes from. Putting him under center for passing plays is part of play design with implications to receiver route timing. Mac has done plenty of that, it's not something he suddenly had to become trusted with. One thing he DOES need to improve on is selling play action, his handoffs fakes are perfunctory.

Yeah, like you would've willingly posted evidence proving yourself wrong.
