Bucs also knows how to go all in and push the cap out so Brady could have the best supporting cast possible in his final years. Imagine 3 WR1 oh wait Evans, Godwin and Julio.

Look at the 35mil cap pushed out to 2023 for Brady alone. BB stated it couldn't be done.
