THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

As long as there’s more than one team interested that helps get traction for a trade. More is better. But I’d rather keep the young guys and trade the vets. The youngsters are still developing, the vets are what they’ll be. If we are going with a youth movement let’s go all in on it.
I am not against moving Meyers he might be easiest to move based on contract. We want guys who can consistently make plays down the field and he's definitely the slowest of the bunch no YAC whatsoever. I'm for the Youth movement @ WR. I have a feeling Kristian Wilkerson may be better than regarded.

That's because they weren't running the new offense last night...except for a couple of plays.
So you really think the have a “new offense” but decided they don’t want to run it?
And you think they were pretty effective making up an offense that they haven’t practiced?
Furreal?

I hated the refereeing, the "roughing the passer" call on Wieland especially. What the heck else is he supposed to do?
Saw that too it's ok when they call it against the other Team but it won't go well with the home Team that needs to be fixed.

Would Meyers also benefit from improved play of others. Last year he was blanketed as a wr1 and still managed close to 900 yards. Maybe we are giving Meyers too less credit based on YAC. Mac needs a check down and safety valve. With no white, Meyers is probably the safest. I want to see how Meyers does when we have a real deep threat like Thornton and Mac is able to sling it.

BB speaking vey highly or Tre Nixon now watch him trade him j/k.

I thought Zappe look out of his league, with his height throwing sidearm won't make it past the LOS most days.
His throwing mechanics are awful. Has a good arm though.
The Pats could not run a lick! Seems like every run was stuffed at the line.
This concerns me. Wynn getting injured already as well. I don’t know what the update is.
I doubt Uche makes the team
Be prepared for some pushback. I’m not a fan of his at all, but I think he’ll make the roster and given one last chance.

Bill speaks highly of most of them. They are all the hardest working player on the team, working to improve everyday.

from several weeks ago:

Bill Belichick speaks highly of wide receiver Tre Nixon: "One of the hardest working kids we have"

"Yeah, Tre's worked very hard, too. He's one of the hardest working kids we have on our team,"
yep, they are all *one of the hardest working on the team* to BB. If he thinks they’re not I bet they’re not on the team.

I see Asiasi and Keene did not play last night and M. Sokol had 51 snaps / 82% (joint most with Tre Nixon)
Neither Asiasi nor Keene was ready to answer the bell, Sokol was only TE available so got a lot of work.

I didn't see much of an arm. Disappointed in Uche, not giving up yet, waiting for actual games.

His arm looked okay. He did have some wildly inaccurate throws going out the sidelines though. A couple hospital balls or bad awareness on screen passes throwing into a pile of defenders.
Disappointed in Uche, not giving up yet, waiting for actual games.
The problem with Uche is that when the real games begin against the starters, the real Uche appears.
