Hey Tubby, still think Tyquan 6th rounder Thronton was a better pick in the 2nd round over Pickens, Sky Moore and Alec Pierce who are all going to be starting WR's? And now they hire the moron Patricia....if they win more than 6-7 games this year I'll be shocked. And they passed on a possible future Welker/Edelman type in Kyle Philips..
This may not go over well.

Feel free to leave, then. Have you bothered to look at the situations that Moore, Pickens and Pierce went into?
Chiefs got rid of their most talented receiver in Tyreek Hill. They brought in JuJu Smith-Shuster and Valdes-Scandling as well. The only receiver from their top 5 WR who is back is Hardman.
You think that Pickens is going to start over Claypool and Johnson? Not happening. And who is throwing them the ball Trubisky.. LOL
As for Pierce. If he didn't start in that S**t show of a receiving corps in Indy, he was a waste of a pick. Seriously.
In the Colts and Chiefs, you have 2 teams that spent 2nd round picks on WR in Campbell and Hardman. Neither have lived up to their billing. Both teams almost completely revamped their WR corps. You pretending like going into situations where players are going to be FORCED to perform is some kind grand sign of their greatness just shows.
Thornton doesn't HAVE to be a starter day 1 with the Pats. They have 4 veterans in front of him in Agholor, Meyers, Bourne, and Parker from whom he can LEARN to be an even better player.
It was talked about, ad nauseum, when he was drafted and afterword that he was rated much higher by teams than by the NFL's page (which is run by a draftnik, not any actual scouting service). It was learned that several teams actually had a 2nd round grade on him. This surprised a lot of the "draftniks". Just like they were surprised about Strange being rated as a late 1st/early second by numerous teams.
EDIT: BTW, I'm a huge Kyle Phillips fan and had hoped the Patriots would draft him. I'm ok with the Thornton pick after watching film of him.
