I still don't get the notion that an NYFL player spends less time with his family than, say, any working stiff. When I was working I was averaging 55 hours a week for 50 weeks. My neighbor the plumber and my brother-in-law the electrician were doing about 65 for all 52 weeks.

AB also was out that week with an injury. Injuries are part the game but that particular situation was absurd.
