So you will continue to hide from the facts. Gotcha.
The fact is the NFL Commissioner admits that as it relates to HCs, the results are unacceptable.

But you continue the good fight. You're The Great White Hope.

Right on cue...just like I printed here yesterday. The Billionaire Boys Club told their little ginger moron to get crackin' and state for the record how enraged the league is at this volcanic racism issue. Jeezus krist the Goon even got a perfunctory "integrita of the games!!" in the piece of horsebleep.

Meanwhile, the pandemic crippled/destroyed thousands of going concerns of all sizes in our country BUT....the BBC still pulled in a robust 9 billion in profit... yeah AND all the while cutting the year's cap to 188.5 million...DOWN 8 % from 2020.

Again, what's my point? The one I keep drilling into this board hoping to strike oil?

Revenue from that source is also likely to increase over the coming months as several new contracts are signed that will ease some of the financial pressures on franchises.

During the next few years, the revenue from such transactions is anticipated to expand by between 50 and 100%, providing a windfall that would likely increase the pay cap dramatically in future years. ESPN’s deal to show Monday night matches and Fox’s contract to air Thursday night contests both automatically expire when the 2021 season ends. In addition, following the end of the 2022 season, the league’s existing deals with CBS and NBC, as well as other broadcasters, will expire.

Yeah....it's Inspector Reynaud from Casablanca all over again..."I'm SHOCKED!!! Shocked to find out there is racism in the league"(excuse me, Commissoner, here's your 5 million dollar raise).

There is only ONE issue that will bring a REAL discussion of racism and bias in the NFL team hiring practices and that is simply, if the league starts to LOSE money instead of making more and more BILLIONS the Billionaire Boys Club will listen. Otherwise...don't make me laugh with this Goondell dog and pony show

Players aren't coaches. Pointing to the number of players in the league as some reason for a percentage in coaching is 100% dishonest.
Because you say that it's dishonest doesn't make that so.

There are plenty of rules that players are told to live by. Why not owners?

Does Bob Kraft get a pass because he spent a few dollars that Brady and a few other players turned into a billion dollar dynasty?

That’s just PR spin from Roger. The league is going to try to bury this at every turn.
Of course, but it's still an acknowledgment that there's a problem, which is obvious.

Flores attorneys not buying the statement since they came out with one themselves calling him out.

IS Flores the problem? Is Ross a racist, or just a moron.
Perspective from Miami writer and a Black Sportswriter.

True. What makes it dishonest is not that I say it's dishonest. What makes it dishonest is that it's dishonest. I'm merely pointing out what should be obvious to everyone.

???

Owners do have rules to live by.

You're not even trying to make any sense here.

Whether it's actually a problem or not, the statement proves neither.

What rule do you want the owners to live by?

Again you have no argument so you can only insult.

Of course a commissioner who has enacted policy to encourage decision by skin color for the same reason he does everything else, PR, is going to make a PR statement.
Shocking that you standard bearer for honesty, truth and transparency is Roger freaking Goodell. But when that’s all you got, you have to use it right?

Once again, you like to whine, but refuse to take a stand. What would be acceptable?

There is already at least one witness who overheard Ross attempt to bribe Flores.
The major question for me is where does this lead, legally. It does not seem to be associated with the charges of discrimination based on race.

Wouldn't Ross have offered money to any HC to tank for a crack at a top draft choice? If so, is this fraud? What is the expectation of fans when they buy a ticket or seat license or luxury box? What is a team's responsibility and what is the NFL's responsibility?

Is it okay to pay a coach a bonus in the situation of the Colts who had a season called "Suck For Luck?" Everyone knew the Colts were tanking after Manning left to draft Andrew Luck. The fans were actively rooting for losses. They may not have liked it but they understood what was at stake. If the Colts situation was legal, why not reward the players for fumbles, missed tackles, interceptions that lead to losses?

I'd love to see Miami fans and corporate luxury box holders demand their money back in court.

We are a very long way from getting to true from accused

In just a week Hue Jackson claim that he has proof of bonus to lose, turned into the Browns had a 4 year plan that focussed on development of roster the first 2 years with no pressure to win.

Again you have no argument so you can only insult.
Insult? Calling you The Great White Hope is an insult? I'm complementing you for the good fight you've embarked on.

Andy vs Ali

yeah I feel like the percentage argument is a poor one and I don't know why people keep using it. is the endgame here for black coaches to get a fair shot or to have some arbitary percentage of black coaches for it to be acceptable.

if we start going down that road, whats the percentage of asian or hispanic coaches/players and why isn't it representative of the entire population.

Whitlock is the worst perspective you can get. Lol my opinion of course if you're a fan kudos to you

I find him interesting since he doesn't follow the approved narrative. Not sure why a black journalist is the 'worst perspective'.
