I would think that both can exist :
(1) there is a relevant racist element that acts as a true force within the ranks of the owners and
(2) not every single white person is a racist that must be punished.
Like I said earlier, the good ol' boy network is alive and well but the boys have gotten younger.

The fact that the NYFL owners act like plantation owners doesn't help.

No way they would get to keep it secret if they go public announcing they are going to investigate, and then never announce the results.
They managed to do that with their football psi measurements. Maybe they can pull that off here too.

They weren’t in a lawsuit over those measurements.

No one needed to pay Hue extra for losing. That was really a waste of money.
All joking aside, that tanking got the Browns a lot of great draft picks. And what if you were a player who was on the last year of his contract and looking to cash in?

It’s not FACTS that ruin a thread, it’s your childish responses as an attempt to avoid accepting the facts.
As soon as facts entered the discussion you realized your preconceived notions are wrong, and since your point in posting is certainly not a fair exchange if viewpoints, you have given zero response to the actual facts and instead turned it into an attempt to “win the argument” by turning it from facts into an insult barrage.
When you can’t deal with the message, attack the messenger. Your goal was to destroy the thread because you were proven wrong.
Everyone can see right through that garbage.

But prove me wrong
Answer this and we can discuss the topic, if you are afraid to, or spew more lame attempts at insulting me, you just prove me right

Since the football coach pool is 9.4% black, what % of NFL coaches, HC, Coordinators being black would equal fairness?
Your so called facts are based on a so called study that isn't a study at all. I don't think you know wgat a study is. Not wasting time on "Andy facts." Come baxk with an actual study of NFL coaches (I provided a few) and we'll talk.

I think it's with owners and HCs where the problem exists. Are there any minority HCs beside Mike Triplin?
Saleh and Rivera are minorities. 41% of teams have very recently had a minority HC.

People, and leagues, can accept throwing a game or two in the sense of resting your best players, or sitting on the ball in week 17, or things like that. But they can't accept having coaches trying to lose with in game coaching decisions in the long term of a full season.
Like the Indiots did during Suck For Luck?

There best one though was when Polian derailed the team's chance at a perfect season by throwing the last couple of games to avoid the Steelers in the playoffs. I can still see the look on the faces of PEDton and Jeff Saturday when they found out they weren't going to go for it. It almost worked as they got the Jets in the playoffs, but they lost to the Saints in the SB.

Your study started from 1985 and ended years ago

I gave data on the demographic makeup of the football coaching profession which is clearly the correct gauge of the coaching pool. If you doubt those demographics feel free to post your own data and we can compare and agree on the makeup of the pool.

Otherwise you are just afraid of facts.

So less than 10% now. That's in a league that's mostly minorities. That needs to change.

That is one impressive interview. The full video is amazing. Please watch it. Blacks can't swim because they are not buoyant.
There are dumb people everywhere.

I once saw an elected official testify that he didn't agree with sending 300K troops to some island because he feared the island would flip over.

Why does the % of players have anything to do with fairness of coaching positions?
9.4% of football coaches are black.
41% of teams have recently had a minority HC 33% a black one.
Many just didnt work out.

how? he's an IDIOT and a pathological liar. His entire family of powerful lawyers and extremely successful entrepreneurs refuse to even have a perfunctory relationship with the ginger goon. He's claimed in print he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Washingto & Jefferson at the top of his class. I accessed his record back in 2009, after he claimed on the Roy Firestone Show that he was a lawyer, and found he was a C Minus student over his four years, taking nothing more than generic business courses in a program designed for the idiot offspring of wealthy families to matriculate "successfully".

I documented decades of his pathological lying right here at Patsfans. It's archived somewhere here. Look, the Billionaire Boys Club of 32 needed a catspaw to insure their golden goose continued to lay ever larger golden eggs...in this respect he has been a HUGE success. In the PR world he's a complete POS moron. He's the idiot willing to take all the arrows of hypocrisy and greed flung at the "Shield". EVERY owner is extremely satisfied with the ginger Goon being the faceplate of the league. The PERFECT MORON.
The typical Jete.

Is your first question really serious?

I think Flores is living in the here and now.

The whole thing screams of sour grapes because he got fired and not hired. If he is such a man of integrity why didn't he come forward 2 years ago when Ross asked him to tank?
Two years ago he knew that his career was over if he revealed that. Maybe he decided that it didn't matter now.

I think Flores knows that he'll never coach in the NYFL again. He knew that when he bravely stepped forward.

If anyone had any doubts that NYFL games have been fixed those should be long gone now.
I don't believe the games are fixed in the traditional sense of the word. Or sure, like every other sport, there is tanking in the NFL but to most people "fixed" implies something else entirely.

But set that aside and riddle me this.... if you are so certain the NFL is fixed, why are you even here?

That reminds me of a news broadcast that I saw during the riots.

I agree 100%. Just saying the whole young Black men having children in their teens topic is a BIG topic and different than Flo's specific beef.
Right. There's an MP4 video out there of a talk show with 6 black men who had 87 children with 50 different women. That pretty mush sums up the problem with black kids.

Two years ago he knew that his career was over if he revealed that. Maybe he decided that it didn't matter now.
2 years ago Ross was signing his paychecks.
If Tom Brady was suspended for being generally aware of a BALLBOY purportedly trying to influence the outcome of the game, doesn’t Flores admitting awareness to an OWNER purportedly trying to influence the outcome of games put him in hot water? Does the morals clause require him to report that? Does it require him to report purported attempts to tamper?

Initially I thought Flores had a solid stance, but upon more review he's starting to seem a little like a scorned lover.
Interesting stat, Flores and Gase were back to back HC at MIA. Gase went 23-25, Flores went 24-25, both fired after 3 years.
Gase went on to coach Jets the following year, Flores seemed on track to get another job this season. So what that BB speculated that Giants liked Daboll before all the interviews were done!?! Welcome to the real world, businesses have the prerogative to hire who they like. You have worked in the NFL since you were 23, climbing the ranks and getting a HC job at 38. Does that sound like a racist organization that colluded to prevent you from getting to the top? Doesn't the amount of minority & female executives being hired recently show something too? The real issue is the Rooney Rule is racist, that's what truly devalues and segregates people of color from being truly evaluated as equal in the workforce.
I think the real issue if nepotism and the good ol' boys network that exists in the NYFL. If they had more children I could see most of the Pats coaches being Belichicks and Lombardis. Does Nick Saban have any kids?

Flores isn’t handling this well. Speculating that Belichick influences the Giants hiring because he just thinks that might happen is bad. Of course he is now implying Belichick is racist and told them hire the white dude.
Can we stick to the facts please? Flores did not imply that Bill is a racist or that Bill told them to hire the white dude. Jeezus.
